Ideal location on the edge of the pedestrian precinct, just a few minutes away from all the wonders that Trier has to offer. We can highly recommend the restaurant (the kids menu was great too).

The approach from the highways was very good . The room was much more luxerious than we expected. Everything was provided for and we had a good nights sleep. The buffet breakfast was great. Really a place that gives you value for money . If we ever return to that area we definitely shall stay there again.

Staff extremely helpful, particularly with local information. They were also helpful inguiving advice on other Christmas markets in the area and how to get to them. The room was welcoming, comfortable and well- serviced. The hotel in general was well-appointed in lounge and bar facilities. Food at breakfast good and varied; in restaurant well presented and excellent. We had seen the hotel advertised in a Christmas market package in a travel brochure. It had a good write-up, and it compared well with others in Trier on your website for price. It was also within easy reach (10 mins) of the Südbahnhof, as we were travelling by train. Being opposite the entrance to Neustraße at the south of the old city meant that we walked through all the street lights to the market and the Porta Nigra, seeing all the Christmas decoration.

Very clean Hotel and room, and well located across from the beginning of Triers walking areas. Wireless internet is not compatible with Apple computers and IPads; this is odd and the Hotel reception explained this. Perhaps they should not falsely advertise wireless when it is limited to non-Apple products, or at least explain so on their website?

Our room was spacious and clean. We got a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Our mattress was from Tempur which was a luxury. The staff were very helpful and everything worked very well. The location is also good. We can highly recommend this hotel!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean tidy and comfortable. Tea, coffee and kettle in rooms. Excellent breakfast. Location within walking distance of tourist attractions and town centre. Bar reasonably priced. Lack of safety deposit box in room. Charge for car parking. Restuarant menu a bit pricey (but food was good). These really are minor gripes though!

The room was excellent and well designed. We appreciated the tea and coffee-making facilities, the television with many channels and the Gideon bible. The breakfast was really well-presented with a huge variety of healthy options.

This was a great hotel to stay at and I would stay there again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a beautiful hotel and great for the price. We didn't get to use the spa but hope to at our next stay. It was very convenient to get to the downtown, just one block up and you're on the main street with tons of shops and sites. Only about 15-20 min walk to the end to Port Nigra. Lots of great food choices too and the breakfast at the hotel was pretty good.

We had 2 double rooms next to each other for our family of four. The rooms were warm, comfortable and quiet even though they faced the main road. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent and free warm red wine was provided in the lobby each evening. The hotel was about a half hour walk from the station and 20 minutes from the centre of the old town.

I chose this hotel based on the fact that they have spa facilities. However, even as a guest there is an additional price so I wanted to see the facilities first beforehand. When I asked the woman she said no she couldnt show me the facilities!! Unbelievable. She didnt even at least explain what was available or how it was laid out....she only mentioned that there were a lot of people in it which in any case was enough to make me change my mind not to even go in. That was a shame since I had chosen this hotel for the spa. It seems also however to be a real tour bus hotel and bus loads of people are regularly there so maybe not the best choice if you are looking for a quiet spa retreat.

Great location with only a short walk into the city center. The staff were excellent and the sauna was well worth the extra cost. I would definitely go back if ever in Trier again.

Good location just walking distance to city center. Safe parking next to hotel with reasonable fee per day. Status of 3-stars hotel with spa facilities provide additional amenities to make stay more relaxing.. Single bed rather small. Could be slightly larger.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and made a last minute change to my reservation with no fuss. The location is first rate- very handy for the sights of Trier - and the hotel is well appointed and comfortable. Our room was very nice whilst our children thought their triple room was really 'cool' and raved about the tempur memory foam mattresses! I would definitely return. Breakfast seemd rather dear so we ate locally for a lot less.

It is located within walking distance of the old town square and Roman ruins. The staff is very helpful. My single room was dull, small, had shag carpet, and was in an annex building to the main hotel. The hotel charges extra for everything - parking, internet, Jacuzzi, ...

Hotel staff are very helpfull and friendly. The public areas and our room were sparkling clean. The hotel is ideally situated for a walking tour of the "Alt Stadt". The breakfast buffet is exeptional. The wireless internet did not work. The concierge tried to make the connection but could not do so either. I had to use the public wired connection in the lobby.
