Hotellista oli vain 5 minuutin kävelymatka parhaisiin nähtävyyksiin. Palvelu toimi hyvin myös englanniksi. Ympäri vuorokauden aukioleva huoltoasema ihan vieressä. Aamupala kokonaisuudessaan runsas ja hyvä. Aamupalalla ei paljoa vihanneksia näkynyt. Ruokaravintolan menu oli pettymys teinille. Mutta muita ruokapaikkoja löytyi aivan vierestä. |

Excellent service, very confortable rooms, good breakfast,good location close to centrum Keys of the roomdoors are old and unpractical. Very seldom you see nowadays traditional keys instead of key cards |

The hotel was within walking distance to the sites in Trier The rooms were old be well kept. It is not they Hilton but more like and older Holiday Inn. Breakfast was excellant and was more like the Hilton thand a Holiday Inn. |

Excellent breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in, close to city center and tourist sites. A fan in the room would have been helpful since there's no air conditioning. |

Hotel is situated in the perfect location. The service was really good and the breakfast fulfilling. The room smelled as someone had been smoking there just recently. |

the spa facilities were lovely. made for a very relaxing stay. the young chap behind the desk was most helpful, the bar staff were a little abrupt. the glass door on the bathroom, when sharing with others a normal door would have been preferable! |

waarom een kamer in het bijgebouw helemaal boven in het dak ? (kr. 141 ) er was voldoende ruimte in het hoofdgebouw. Last van verkeerslawaai. Matras is versleten. |

Mit einer Ausnahme freundlicher Service; Lage ist gut. Allgemeineindruck gut. Wir hatten Nichtraucher gebucht, erhielten zuerst Raucherzimmer. Auf Hinweis kam die Antwort: Gilt nur, wenn auch ein Nichtraucherzimmer frei ist.Wir reklamierten und erhielten letztlich ein NR-Zimmer. Mädchen am Tresen war sehr freundlich, die Vorgesetzte bei dem Vorganng sehr muffig. Wir müssen also warnen, wenn ein NR-Zimmer bestellt wird, ob man es trotz Bestätigung erhält. Hotel kann nur unter diesem Vorbehalt empfohlen werden. |

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und insgesamt tolles familiär geführtes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück und schön renovierte, freundliche Zimmer, allerdings von Ausstattung her eher Standard (aber genauso wie man es von einem 3Sterne Hotel erwarten darf!). Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit Blick über die Stadt. Mein Zimmer (Nr. 2) war etwas hellhörig, wenn jemand auf dem Flur gelaufen ist, dachte man, die Person laufe durch das Zimmer... |

sehr freundliches Servicepersonal / überaus koulant bei Sonderwünschen / reichhaltige Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet / Restaurant spitzenklasse / sehr geschmackvoll gestalteter Biergarten / 5 Gehminuten bis Innenstadt Trier Glastür zum Badezimmer/WC sehr grenzwertig. Bringt zwar Licht ins Bad, man sieht aber alles was im Bad/WC passiert. |

Aangenaam hotel vlakbij het centrum van Trier. Goede parkeergelegenheid en een geweldig ontbijtbuffet. Ligt wel tegen een vrij drukke weg. |

Ho apprezzato particolarmente la gentilezza e la professionalità dello staff. Il ristorante è molto elegante e adatto per una cena a lume di candela. Le stanze sono belle e vi è anche un centro benessere. Il buffett della colazione è molto ricco. |
