This family-run hotel is located in the city center,but at a quiet street, room was very clean and big enough, with very comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast is also exellent. Nothing, that was a wonderful stay.

This hotel is oldfashion and not up to date. It's time for a total make- over. Anyway the staff was friendly and the staying during 2 nights was ok. Good breakfast and a very good cleanliness, only the differents carpets everywhere seems from an other planet. Further they mentioned a good restaurant with Bayerischer specialities on the Booking.com-site but the boss said he only cook for "special" guests! I'm wondering what we are? So for me a valuation of a 2 star-hotel and sure not a 3 star!

This is our second time at this hotel. It is a family run hotel and every one speaks impeccable english. The hotel has a very friendly feel and the car parking is superb under cover in a huge garage at the back of the hotel, Which pleased me as I had driven my baby !porsche 911 targa down to Baden-Baden. The rooms are quaint and clean, for breakfeast there is lots of choice. You will not be sorry to stay here.

Good sized comfortable quiet room with balcony. Breakfast was excellent. During our stay expected evening meals to be available except Sudays & Wednesdays. However they were not available on any evening.

It was well located & the rooms were clean. Rooms at the front of the hotel were noisy until very late and also hot. Reception staff were not friendly. Also requests made when booking were ignored ( requested adjacent rooms, rooms overlooking back of hotel and secure parking but not given any of these though it was possible to park directly in front of hotel )

Location is perfect , in the center of the city,very quite street,reserved parking space, free internet, free card for use bus and average breakfast. The bed were two single ans separated from each other (although I booked a double room), the pillows were very soft and thin, the reception desk did not inform me about the options of the parking (they have park space in front of hotel for 5 Euros and garage for 10 Euros) when I arrived the open the garage directly !!.

The hotel is located in a quiet side street within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants ( 200m ). The local bus interchange is at the bottom of the street. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with cooked bacon & eggs and a good range of continental meats, cheeses and cereals. The room was nice and clean with an en-suite shower/toilet. “Lichtentaler Allee” is a lovely park about 250m away. The only tiny negative we could find is that the bathroom was a little dated. However it was very clean and this should not put anyone off booking the hotel.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The staff was friendly and wonderful in providing ideas. The room was clean and comfortable. We would return. The morning sun was shining brightly at 5:00 a.m. Blackout Drapes would have been nice...
