Friendly staff. I left my favorite blazer behind when checking out and wasn't sure if I left it at a restaurant. My blazer was waiting for me at home when we returned, the staff had mailed. A short distance from the train station and the main pedestrian street.
A bit noisy one night. There was a performance on and people were milling about outside the entrance to the theatre. A bit hard to find, there are two hotels part of the same chain.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was better than led to believe
Lack of news in English on TV
The location was great if you turned left rather than right when leaving the hotel! Staff were very helpful and the room was clean with a good sized bathroom.
Unfortunately we stayed in a triple too and the third bed was one converted from a sofa and unfortunately it was excruciatingly uncomfortable and not really suitable for an adult. The electric sockets were also somewhat temperamental.
Great location. 10 min walking from Marienplatz
Small room. Not clean. Small bed.
Breakfast and location
The Hotel is very old and unclean. Toilet was yellow and the floor dirty.
Good location - near Hauptbahnhof and walking distance from the main attractions, very welcome receptionists, clean and comfortable room, just everything was perfect
The area around the main train station is not very friendly
+ as munich is an expensive city, the price is very fair, the room is also big. +the hotel locate near to the main station, so it's very easy to get anywhere +the reception is always very delightful and friendly
- the room is quite old
Location Very friendly and helpful personnel Big room ( we've got the largest room)
Bathroom needs renovation
I loved the enthusiasm of one of the ladies that worked in reception. Made you feel very welcome everytime she saw you. I would stay there without a doubt. Parking is also very convenient. Can be a little noisy at night but it did not bother me at all. Walking distance to Marienplatz and the English Garden. Also walking distance to Oktoberfest grounds.l
Beds very comfortable, great bathtub, good tv reception. Rooms were roomy and warm - cosy!
Carpets were stained...along busy street which meant noisy at nights and street cleaners, etc. early in morning. Disappointed no internet service for guests
Reception staff morale was good and friendly cooperation...Really i appreciate !Specially Raphael !
not Cleanliness Bed, Bath room, Carpet & Toilet, non-comfortable of Air Conditioning,
close to train station
Bathroom is big. Bed is really comfortable.
because the hotel located nearby pubs so it's quite noisy at night
i cold not log in to booking.com to make the next booking...
The hotel shows considerable lack of maintenance. There are many stains in the carpet. In room nr ten the toilet did not flush properly. Painting of doors is damaged. The street is very noisy. We paid 936 euro for 4 nights, the same price we paid in the Hyatt in San Diego's. However, this hotel is of far less quality.
The location of the hotel was good, few minutes walk from metro station and city attractions.staff were nice.Clean towels and blankets
Carpets were permenently soiled,No ac in rooms(weather was nice),very small restaurant, tiny reception lounge!not worth more than 40 euros/night,only for location
The location is great, 10 minutes walking from Marienplatz and the city centre. The room was clean. There is no private parking, but the hotel has an agreement with a covered parking (€10 x day instead of €25).
The district is noisy at night, it's difficult to sleep with open windows. The room was old furnished, TV was the smallest ever seen. The WiFi is free of charge, but the signal is very poor.
The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the location good, given its cheaper price.
I did not like the noise outside and down below at night. The hallway to our room was not very clean and presentable.
Central location. Friendly, helpful staff. Bright and airy room. This was our second stay at the Deutsches Theater.
No kettle for making tea or coffee in the room; (we think there was when we stayed here back in 2012).
The location was great, friendly staff and very spacious room.
Floor carpet had many stains, water was not hot enough in the shower, and wifi was slow.
Zajtrk. Prijazno osebje.
Čistoča talne obloge.
Proximity to city centre
Non-smoker room smells the cigarette ! Television is to small not really up to date !
It's easy to reach the train station!
Sink was not working well. It's not convenient for washing face when it takes more than 10 minutes to release the water.
