good value for money ,the rooms are simple but very clean. first drink from the minibar for free, a person.(also no extreme high prices for drinks from the minbar) tip : in front of the hotel is a very nice restaurant called "Cesare" (with normal prices) the pillows where not very comfortable

Hotel is very close to the city and to major autoroute. It has a own underground garage - its costs 10 euro per day - but its good and your car is safe. All stuff was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was excellent - I know 5 star hotels which had not such a variuos choice. Nothing negative to say about this hotel

Location of hotel good for access to Cologne and Aachen. Eschweiler town not very pleasant but there are a few restaurants around the hotel for an evening meal. Hotel Bistro not open on a weekend which is strange. Underground parking available which was good. Room not very well appointed - no side table on one side of bed which was strange and hairdryer did not work. No chair to sit on in room. Pillows were terrible - lumpy and uncomfortable - not very German at all as usually bed linen is always of a good quality in any grade of German hotel. No facilities in hotel other than a breakfast room.

The rooms were ok. Free wifi worked good, large parking garage available for guests and enough restaurants in town to go out for a meal. Breakfast buffet was great, a lot of choice! The restaurant was closed during weekend days and there was no room to sit anywhere else than inside your room.

The breakfast buffet was included in our room price, and they had quite a nice spread - scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit, cereal, breads, croissants, homemade jam, cheeses, deli meats, juices, coffee, toast, etc. The room also had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for our needs - only a 10 minute bike ride from the main train station. WiFi was free. There was a wedding party taking place at the hotel restaurant, which was right outside our window, and the noise from the party went until very late - maybe 2am? It wasn't a huge problem for us since we went to bed late, but I could imagine it could be a problem for others. Also, we had the hotel store our bags for the day, and when we tried to retrieve them that evening, we had learned that they were given to the wedding party by mistake! Twenty minutes later we did get our bags, but still it was inconvenient.

Frühstück gut, Parksituation sehr gut Hotel nicht ausgebucht und dennoch ein Zimmer neben dem Aufzug! Nichtraucherzimmer und dennoch Rauchermief! Von 4 Sternen erwarte ich mehr.

Goed bereikbaar. Prima personeel. Mooie kamers en goed ontbijt. Alles zag er schoon uit. Mooie strakke uitstraling. Zeer goede prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Een aanrader.

De receptionistes waren buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Één groot nadeel vind ik de slechte isolatie: naast het feit dat als er een raam open stond dat zo'n fluitend tochtgeluid veroorzaakte, vond ik het grootste nadeel de slechte geluidsisolatie. Er waren 's nachts ( i.i.g. van zaterdag op zondag) veel jongelui op straat en die zorgden voor veel geluidsoverlast. Tot zeker tegen 5.00 's morgens. Ook al had ik de ramen gesloten , het leek wel of ze open waren. Met een betere isolatie zou een hoop winst te behalen zijn.

1A Zimmer, es fehlte an nichts, 1 Gratisgetränk pro Gast aus Minibar, freundliche Rezeption (sehr zuvorkommend und kommpetent), super freundliches und aufmerksames Servicepersonal im Früstücksraum.

geräumiges Zimmer, Flachbild-TV, Gratisgetränk aus Minibar, freundliche Rezeption, freundliches und aufmerksames Servicepersonal im Früstücksraum. Bad nicht auf neuestem Stand (Dusche mit Vorhang) frischer O-Saft beim Frühstück gegen Aufpreis!

Die Angestellten an der Rezeption waren total nett. Internet konnten wir nicht nutzen, da kein Empfang war. Frühstück war top, sehr sauber! Die Dusche in Zimmer 301 ist eine Katastrophe! Kaum Druck auf der Leitung und durch die Schräge musste man auf Knien duschen.

Très grande chambre et très bon petit-déjeuner buffet! Personnel sympathique et disponible. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'hotel, car la rue sur laquelle il se situe est longue et le numéro est mal référencé sur le site que nous avions utilisé pour trouver le chemin.

parkeren onder hotel, 10 Euro. had ook makkelijk in de straat achter hotel kunnen parkeren. ontbijt royaal en goed. snel inchecken. Diverse eetgelegenheden nabij hotel. krappe badkamer, geluid / gepraat op straat (achterzijde) van vrijdag op zaterdag. geen airco.

Goede locatie tussen Aken en Keulen. Beschikbaarheid parkeergarage. Op wandelafstand van winkelstraten en eetgelegenheden. Het ontbreken van airco in de kamers.
