The location was good, just a four minute walk from the Haupbanhoff (Munich Central Station) and maybe 15 min walk from Marianplatz. The beds were quite comfortable and the room was quite spacious.

The staff were very unhelpful to us (and other) customers in general. I asked if it was possible to get a late checkout - 1.00pm checkout instead of the official 11.00am hotel check-out - but the reception supervisor actually shouted back at me and said if you are not out of your room for 11 then we will charge you another 70 Euros! This was shouted at us in front of a packed reception area and was quite embarassing as it made it seem like we were causing some trouble when all we had done was ask politely for a late checkout! The room though large, was quite tired and dated and needed some basic renovation.The breakfast was very poor, as it was supposed to run until 10:30 am - yet when we went down at 9:30 there was virtually nothing left. No hot food at all.Not even a boiled egg!. And all the tables were full of used plates and cups and dirty tablecloths. Would not stay here again however well situated it is to the station.

The toilet is very clean and room is confortable and cosy. Near to Munich main train station and convenient as well for city tour and sight seeing. Breakfast consider to good but dont expect to have many varieties. Front desk receptions are very helpful and friendly. Recommended to stay with reasonable price.

Basic hotel - not value for money

We have stayed at a couple of nearby hotels for the Oktoberfest weekend, and for a similar rate the Conrad Hotel was much nicer. Location is Excellent, the rooms were clean and well appointed and the breakfast plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again, Wiesen or not!

Nothing to be mentioned Very expensive but i was having no choice

This hotel is great. We felt welcomed the minute we walked in the door. Not sure if it is a family run business, but that is the feeling we had. Immaculate rooms, eco-friendly soap/shampoo dispensers and a bright white tiled bathroom. The gratis breakfast buffet was by far the best we ever had on our travels. It had a variety of hot/cold and health conscious options. Most hotels would charge at least 20 Euros per person for a spread like this. Also free Wi-Fi. Highly recommend this hotel. Don't be put off by the strip joints and porn shops in the neighborhood. This is Germany and such businesses do not necessarily reflect the nature of the area. One block to the main train station and, best of all, walking distance to the Oktoberfest fair grounds. We'll be back.

Pricey, but it was at peak time because of Oktoberfest. The prices of all hotels within a 30 mile radius of Munich are inflated during this time.

Near station; breakfast room pleasant and breakfast good. Spacious room (junior suite) and decent bathroom.

The hotel charged 4 star prices for 3 star facilities. We thought the room was outrageously overpriced as it was very hot and there was no cooling, there were no toiletries or soap in the bathroom. There was no bar fridge or iron, although perhaps this can not be expected in a three star. However our stay was uncomfortable and very overpriced.

Excellent location - hop, skip, and a jump from the train station. Very clean hotel. Nice room. Excellent breakfast. Easy walk to the main center (Rathaus, Hofbrau haus ...)

Only minor complaint is that the wifi, although a strong signal, was still pretty slow for checking mail and uploading a few pictures.

Breakfast was really good.

This hotel had the best price for its services. WiFi was working perfectly. My room was clean and bathroom is really good. I had enough space as well. I'd like to mention that barman was amazing, he is very polite.

Sauber. Zentral gelegen. Gemütlicher Frühstücksraum mit aufmerksamem Service. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Gut schliessende Fenster, daher Ruhe im Zimmer auch von der Strassenseite möglich. Nähe zum Bahnhof. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Das Hotel hat keine eigene Garage, eine gute öffentliche Garage befindet sich aber in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Da keine Garage im Haus, muss vor dem Hotel aus- und eingeladen werden. Die öffentliche Garage ist aber in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (mit einem Rollkoffer, kein Problem).

Sehr freundliches Personal! Ruhiges Innenhofzimmer-Zimmer 108 mit Balkon! Gut sortierte Hotelbar mit umfangreicher Bierkarte (Spezialität: gestacheltes Jahrhundert-Bier), geöffnet bis 24:00 und zusätzlich der Möglichkeit, rund um die Uhr Getränke aufs Zimmer zu nehmen (via Rezeption). Gut funktionierendes gratis WLAN.

Excelente localizacion a menos de 5 min de la estación de tren principal de Munich (linea al aeropuerto, metro y trenes cercanias) y a unos 10-15min de la zona de tiendas y casco antiguo. Habitacion grande. Desayuno buffer bueno. No tienen habitación para dejar las maletas tras el check-out, pero las dejan en recepción tras identificarlas con nº de ticket.

- EZ ist sehr klein und verhältnismäßig teuer

Отель сам понравился. Интернет ловил. Завтраки были отличные. К центру города можно пройти за 20 минут. Недалеко от ж/д.

С одной стороны он расположен близко к ж/д и это очень удобно, но улица отеля очень шумная, везде бары и ночные клубы, шумно короче.
