Upgraded room on arrival;excellent dinner one evening in the regional restaurant where breakfast is also served.Great wine recommendation.10 minute walk to old town. Breakfast is very good but would improve with fresh fruit juices. |

Staff were very much kind for us, and got upgrade of room too. Interior of the room & inside hotel were greatly historic atmosphere which I love. Both restaurants inside also nice mooth, one of which was very much formal type and another was more traditional german style. Nothing special. But since location is bit far from central city (approx.10-15min by walk), bit tough to get into city center in the rainy day. |

Our stay at the Die Hirschgasse Heidelberg was our last night in Europe and it was the most impressive of all the hotels during our trip. The staff was wonderful! Their attention to detail was outstanding! We will return! |

Delightful staff, spacious and well-furnished junior suite, useful parking facilities, good location for walking in to Heidelburg alng the river bank with views across to old town, attention to detail commendable. |

The staff, from the start to finish, was exceptional. We received personal service and exemplary hospitality. The "Castle View" suite did not have a view of the castle in the summertime (trees in the way) |

We were with two babies of 8 months and the staff was aways very helpful. Also great that we had our dinner and our babies were sleaping just near us with the babyphone working perfectly. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was in terrible condition with torn carpet between the bathroom and bedroom; chipped paint in the bedroom walls; a broken towel rack in the bathroom and a broken unusable/unsafe shower hand rail. |

The hotel was perfect. The positive greeting we received when we arrived started the whole weekend with an excellent indication of what was to come. The first impression of the hotel is that it is away from the centre but we found it to be a perfect distance and facilitated a beautiful walk across the bridge into the old town. I'd like to say a lot more positive things but this box won't expand! There was nothing bad at all about the hotel. The only negative comment is that the above box doesn't expand enough to state all the things we liked. Top marks to all the team there. They were, as is the hotel, excellent. Thank you for making our stay just perfect. Our experience was better than the guest reviews could state. |

We liked the setting - just far enough away for peace but only a ten minute walk over the bridge and into the centre of Heidleberg. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast if a little expensive. Enjoyed the fascinating history of the hotel. Our room was described as a junior suite but we did not think that quite accurate as we would have expected a small second room with a couple of chairs and table - it was all in the one room which made it a little too cosy - our friends had a similarly described junior suite which did have two separate rooms with more space to move around. |

La habitación del hotel era muy acogedora. Nos dieron una habitación ambientada en Peking, muy grande. El personal del hotel fue muy atento en todo momento, y más al ir con un bebé. La última noche se rompió una tubería de agua en la habitación de enfrente debido a las bajas temperaturas. Nos dejaron una nota debajo de la puerta diciendo que no utilizáramos el agua hasta que no arreglaran las cañerías. Era nuestra última noche en el hotel, y no nos ofrecieron ninguna otra alternativa a esa mañana para poder asearnos, más teniendo en cuenta que íbamos con un bebé. |

L'accueil est vraiment chalereux et cordial, le personnel attentionné, aimable et très efficace. Le restaurant gourmet mérite le détour. Dans son ensemble, la décoration est très cosy. "Die Hirschgasse" est un hôtel où l'on se sent bien et où l'on a envie de retourner. Un petit bémol: la décoration de la Suite Pékin est très originale, mais la chambre dans son entier mériterait une rénovation. Mille petits détails (moquette déchirée, peinture qui "bave", tissu du ciel de lit arrachée en partie, etc.) font que le tout manque de netteté et de lustre. |

①スタッフの方がフレンドリー②建物・家具・装飾品が歴史を感じ素晴らしい。特に家具の一つ一つがおしゃれ- ③朝食が美味しい④観光地へ徒歩圏内⑤ホテルの周りが静かで落ち着く⑥バスタブがある。今回のお部屋はあま- りお勧めできませんが、他はとても明るく可愛らしいお部屋の様でした（見せて貰った）次回は、そのお部屋に- 泊まってみたいと思います。再度宿泊したいホテルの一つです。 ①眺めが悪い（窓を開けると目の前が土手）②朝食料金が高い③隣の部屋の音が聞こえる（話声や水を流す音）- ④部屋が若干暗い |

Die Lage des Hotels.Es liegt stadtnah und ruhig. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Wanderwege in direkter Nähe. Die gebuchte DeLuxe Suite erwies sich als kleines dunkles Zweibettzimmer in dem sich zwei Personen kaum gleichzeitig bewegen konnten. Die Ausstattung war nicht nur antik und nostalgisch sondern auch abgenutzt und veraltet. Das Frühstück war unter dem Niveau eines Hotels dieser Preisklasse. |

Het hotel ligt aan de rustige kant van Heidelberg en lopend ben je toch in 10 minuten in hartje centrum. De meeste slaapkamers hebben een bubbelbad in de badkamer en het personeel doet hun best om het je naar de zin te maken. Op de website van het hotel wordt aangegeven dat het hotel overal Wireless lan ter beschikking stelt. Het blijkt echter dat als je hiervan gebruik wilt maken je hiervoor moet betalen. De prijs is aan de hoge kant voor de facilteiten die ze bieden. |

Die Mitarbeiter waren ausnehmend freundlich, man fühlte sich sehr willkommen. Die Zimmer sind zwar originell eingerichtet, müssten aber mal wieder renoviert werden. |
