The breakfast was great, as was the staff. The room needed to be remodeled and the heating was poor at best. The bathroom was nice but the "floors" were really cold and the heating was poor also. To the next question, Maybe! |

The breakfast was great. Beds very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The reception area where guest check in needs interior design help desperately! It was not a good first impression! It needs a beautiful rug, paintings and nice furniture with fresh flower arrangements everywhere. |

The staff was absolutely wonderful, helpful always. The breakfast was all bio (organic) which served us very well. The room was huge and the bed was soooooo cozy and comfortable, all down comforter and pillows.Loved it. |

Central and yet quiet location, keen and friendly new management, large refurbished room, good breakfast, car park, fridge in the room More information would be useful (breakfast times, car park closing times, etc) |

The rooms and bathrooms were nice, clean and large. The staff was excellent and very accomodating, including changing one of our rooms and making breakfast items that were not on the buffet. |

I reserved a parking but when we arrived,it was full,And I had to park in the road.But insted of it ,a service was good and room and bathroom was wounderful! It was confortable. |

The hotel is located is a great location. It was a block from the town square. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great, the hotel staff even made us bacon and eggs. I want to go back again and I would recommend it. |

Good breakfast. Free use of internet at the front desk. Location was close to shopping and hiking trails. The room was very dusty and dirty. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was crowded. The shower was hard to use, but the bath tub was nice. |

The room was big and the hotel staff was helpful. Inside the hotel was dark except the rooms. Bathroom was big but need shower curtain, water went all over the floor and become slippery and was not clean properly after first stay hair was still on the bathroom floor. |

The hotel was basically clean and the staff was helpful. Great location in the center of the old city. decor was dated and bordered on the unusual. One of my families two rooms had a bath tub only and I was forced to take my first bath in over 35 years. |

Location was great! Near shopping, Marktplatz, yet quiet inside the room. Room was large, esp. bathroom, with a large garden tub, not just a shower, so we could easily bathe our baby. Staff friendly, accomodating. Nice and clean. |

Chambre originale par sa décoration, l'emplacement de l'hôtel et le parking utile en centre ville Petit déjeuner pas très riche, le minimum. Nous avons refusé une chambre au 2eme étage car il n'y a pas d'ascenceur. |

La centralità, la tranquillità, l'atmosfera medioevale della città che si respira anche nell'hotel. Ci è stata assegnata una camera con bagno, ma per raggiungerlo bisognava scendere una scala assai ripida. In sostanza il bagno era sotterraneo con una dotazione di accessori ridotta all'osso e un forte odore di umidità. |

Alles was correct, zowel ons ontbijt als de kamers, rekening houdend met het dekor van Rotenburg. Er zijn momenteel werken in het hotel maar eiegenlijk heb je daar als gast weinig last van. |
