The room was very nice - large room with the full bathroom on a lower level - also the location is fantastic! We also had cookies, fruits and water as part of the room - the breakfast buffet was good. |

The location of this hotel could not be better. It is very close to quaint old town Rothenburg yet on a sidestreet so it was quiet. The hotel staff was so helpful when we had an issue with our rental car, as well as with restaurant recommendations and directions. Inparticular, the young woman working at the desk who just arrived from South Africa was so wonderful to us. Breakfast was delicious The theme rooms are a little goofy but overall clean and comfortable. |

The location was great and the room was very spacious. We had asked for a double bed, but received two twin beds. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice to know before arriving there. |

The size of the room and the bathroom were very impressive. All was clean and proper and we appreciated the complimentary mineral water and Schneeball. Nice extra touch! The bed for our son was really too small for a six year old. His legs stuck out. Maybe good for a four year old max. |

The way that it was decorated was very nice. They were gracious about letting us use there phone at the desk. They should have warned that they would lock the gate to the cars since we needed to get things out after the gates were locked. There was a sign on the door that said to call if we needed help or access but no phone number was listed to call and there were no phones in the room. |
