The Hotel Diplomat offers its guests a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere in a central position, right between the historic city of Duesseldorf (app. 3 km), the Duesseldorf International Airport and the fairground (app. 4 km).
It doesn't matter if you arrive with your own car, we provide free parking spaces (even for trucks up to a height of 3.45 m). Arriving with the plane or train, you will find public transportation that will bring you to the hotel within 10 min.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Spacious parking is situated just behind the hotel. Nothing worry for parking. Hotel staff is friendly and trying their best to help us.

A bit far from the central area of Dusseldorf.

Free parking made life very easy. Friendly and helpful staff. Very easy connection to the city (tram stop right outside). Quiet.

This hotel may have been a 3-star hotel at some stage in its history, but it is now really in need of renovation. The rooms were clean, but the surfaces (especially floor mats, bathroom) were simply too worn out. The TV in the room was old as heaven, remote control didn't work, breakfast bowls were completely scratched. Its not a question of money, its a question of bothering to look at details.

The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. Also the location was good with great restaurants within walking distance, it was extremely quiet and public transport close for city and messe.

no elevator...didn't worry us except when we had to carry our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs although the staff did offer to help us

Hotel propre, bien situé, répondant à nos attentes (groupe de 9 personnes)

A toutes fins utiles, j'ai moins apprécié le fait que le paiement des chambres était exigé à l'enregistrement, il aurait été préférable d'attendre le lendemain matin,au moment du départ.

De kamer is groot.

Geen lift. Ik logeer in een drie persoonskamer, maar de derde bed is een luchtbed, dat ligt niet lekker. En de tram buiten is heel lawaaiierig.

In umittelbarer Nähe zur Verwandschaft

Hatte leider etwas Pech mit einer quietschenden Bettseite :-) und hätte gerne kleine Tischabfall-Behälter beim Früstück gesehen, alles in allem ber top!
