A great value for money - clean, comfortable, big rooms, excellent breakfast No lelevator is a bit of diffuculcy, however, the staff was very helpful |

Spacious parking is situated just behind the hotel. Nothing worry for parking. Hotel staff is friendly and trying their best to help us. A bit far from the central area of Dusseldorf. |

Free parking made life very easy. Friendly and helpful staff. Very easy connection to the city (tram stop right outside). Quiet. This hotel may have been a 3-star hotel at some stage in its history, but it is now really in need of renovation. The rooms were clean, but the surfaces (especially floor mats, bathroom) were simply too worn out. The TV in the room was old as heaven, remote control didn't work, breakfast bowls were completely scratched. Its not a question of money, its a question of bothering to look at details. |

The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. Also the location was good with great restaurants within walking distance, it was extremely quiet and public transport close for city and messe. no elevator...didn't worry us except when we had to carry our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs although the staff did offer to help us |
