The staff was beyond excellent! We were there 3 wks. They gave us a bigger room with a nice kitchen, they let us do some laundry, they were so pleasant all the time, wonderful food too! Can't wait to go back!
The wifi could be slow & iffy sometimes. That's the only thing.
Walking distance to the S-Bahn, great option for budget travelers.
Overpriced for what it offered: sparse, small (tho' clean) room with noisy mill-stream (even with windows closed at night); sparse breakfast overseen with bad tempered staff and accompanied by noisy washing of crockery in same room; €190 for one night! We left after one night. Start of Oktoberfest!
It was clean and tidy in the room.
The room felt like a student dormitory room, there wasn't enough towels, and the breakfast wasn't great. There wasn't enough parking, you entered the hotel via the smoking area, and there was no lobby type area.
Very good hotel in a quiet neighborhood.Clean rooms. Staff is excellent.
Nicely decorated room ItalianTV (Rai etc) Wifi Nice restaurant
The staff were very friendly, helpful and genuinely nice. Decent breakfast included. Wifi included.
The hotel is situated in a good safe region Gräfelfing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
The hotel is far from old city center. There is no problem to go to the city with S-bahn train, but you need about 15-20 minutes to get to the train station. The is no lift in the hotel - if your room is on the 2nd floor, you need to carry your luggage yourself.
Great location, clean.
Room was pretty basic, more like a dorm room.
Staff is extremely nice. Breakfast is modest, but quite adequate. Everything in the hotel is spotlessly clean. If you are in Gräfelfing, I recommend that you stay here.
The room was clean and suitable for one night stay. I didn't know what time I would arrive so owners were not there. There is a sign with telephone number to call owner. However, I suggest this sign is made more obvious and to have instructions translated into some other languages. Once I made contact, the owner returned to the hotel immediately to check me in. He was very pleasant.
The room was hot in the night. I wasn't sure if the heating was still on. As the hotel is right on the main road, you need the window closed. If booking a room, I would ask for a room facing the back to reduce the noise.
it was a great stay. i recommend anyone to stay there. Authenticaly hospitable
Close to the Doemens Academy, in case you are in town for classes there. Good value for money.
More in a different village than actually in Munich, in case you want to book this for a city trip.
