Dusch och tvätthandfat i sovrum. Toalett i korridoren. Trasigt kylskåp. Ingen AC.

Helt super: personal, frukost, städning.

Duschen fungerade väldigt dåligt

Perfekt läge nära allt och till ett rimligt pris. Utmärkt frukost.

Ingen bemanning i receptionen efter 23 men inget stort problem.

Small rooms, our friends had their bathroom outside the room. Parking difficult but free overnight if you can find a space.

Really big apartment, comfortable.

No parking means you need to park 5 blocks away.

Clean and spacious apartment; good and comfortable beds. The apartment is nearby the Dom and the shopping streets

the 6-persons apartment only has two bedrooms; all beds are in these rooms

I have been here before and it was fine

Were to begin: Room smelt of drains. receptionist poured drain cleaner and the room then smelt of drain cleaner !this was because the room did not have a proper bathroom just a old shower in a corner and a wash basin. Also the shower drain backed up when you used the washbasin. It tookover an hour and all wondows and the main door open to clear the smell once i had covered the shower drain with a towel. The toilet, a barely accesible shower and washbasin were in a locked room across the public corridor. This meant having to lock and lock two doors and cross a public corridor to go t the toiletin the night. This would have been ok if i had been made clear at the time of booking or indeed when i stayed there the week before and said when i was returning. I would NEVER have booked a room without en suite especially when travelling alone. Finally after i left, having complained, the hotel amended my booking on your system. They added a red note requiring me to read the room details. I have re ead the hotel details and it makes no suggestion that the bathroom is in a separate room, all other hotels mention if bathrooms are separate or shared.I think you should insist that all hotels on your system make this information clear. In their case it is lying by ommission. Onbiousl i will never return there and would adivise other visitirs to take care and beware room 42 I was given a 20% discount but this in no way covered my issues. Had. Arrived earlier i the day i would have gone somewhere else.

Staff were very nice and friendly.Smell in hotel shower musty,smelled like sewage and drain bubbled and made noise in wee hrs of morning waking us up. Bathroom outside of room.Breakfast buffet very nice.

Very friendly stuff on the reception and in the bar. Good location - in the center of the city, but in quite place. Price.

This hotel is little too old, some renovation needed. And there is not much space in the rooms. Old equipment in the shower, and also shower cabin is really small.

Very nice apartment, perfect for a family or a group of friends. We stayed in Apt #1 and the 2 bedrooms are big & living room has a 40-in flat screen tv. Very close to city center & really have a view of Cologne cathedral. Staff are friendly. I highly recommend it!

Hi: The gal was very friendly at the front desk and did her best to help clear the sewer smell from my room.

I was perturbed that there is not mention on my room reservation that the private toilet is out in the hallway. I found this very inconvenient and unsatisfactory given the price of 70 euros.

While booking, I was not confirmed, that toalet is outside of room. The prise of such room should be, on my opinion and expirience much lower. The room is very small. The whole night refrigirator was working so loudly, that we could not sleep at all. No ventilation in the room, was hot at night, allthough outside was pretty cold. It was impossible to open the windows, since it is very loud street outside (a lot of running cars). The stuff did not tell us, what kind of room they are giving us (without toalet), in the mean time they had big size rooms free.

Breakfast, great selection. And free bottled water.

My room happened to have separate toilet outside the room and the shower is a bit too small.

We booked a five bed apartment which was well equipped, clean and spacious. The top floor made it light and bright with some city views. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room very quiet. Breakfast was good with a nice choice and friendly staff.

Staff was amazing! We had two small children and 2 other family members with us, so we stayed in the apartment on the 5th floor. Very spacious with beautiful skylights. We loved our stay and will stay again for sure.

Location was superb, very close to the Cathedral (Dom),Main railway station and shopping area.

A plethora of only nude pictures, looks like non artistic collection.

The position is great, and very close to the dom. And the staff is nice, the breakfast is good as well.

The room is too small, and the WC is outside the room. Not so convenient.

We stayed one night. But everything was absolutely perfect - clean rooms, friendly staff, location, good quality for a fairfull price. I would strongly recommend this hotel to my frends for a short stay in Cologne.
