Beautiful, historic building that's been transformed into a modern, comfortable hotel. The lovely staff were most helpful and took great care of us during our stay.

The design, layout, welcome and friendliness; also the location. Breakfast is excellent too.

We only spent one night and its not enough!!

It's near the Dom church. Staffs are nice.

The carpet they chose seemed quite dirty. I don't like it at all. Breakfast was just ok. And space in and out of it was small.

Thoroughly recommended. From the striking external impression to the excellent breakfast, this hotel has all anyone can need. The rooms have been designed with flair, the staff are friendly and helpful, everything is well maintained and it's in a location is perfect for exploring the town.

In town and still quiet.

Rooms, lounge, corridors etc were overheated, not pleasant at night.

Great location and real value for money!

Leaving early was not easy. There is no night reception service, so I really had hard time trying to pick up my car from the parking

The location was excellent for visiting the Christmas market, which is why we chose It. The staff, especially the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and very pleasant. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is situate about 10 minutes walk from the centre of the city. The main cathedral is only a few minutes walk and there are local restaurants close by. The staff/owners of the hotel are very friendly and helpful and only too happy to recommend local restaurants etc. Parking is available and on arrival the reception were extremely helpful in providing a parking space even though the car park at the front of the hotel was full. Rooms are spacious (with a balcony) and very clean. Breakfast buffet provided a very good choice. A good hotel conveniently located for a city visit.

Hotel staff and Breakfast were excellent. Parking facilitis are good and not expensive. Excellent room. Free tea and coffee. Excellent location. Very cose to the center and a few steps from the Dom. Easy access. A really excellent hotel

I liked the convenient location to the city center, the cleanliness of the hotel, that parking was available, the breakfast, the ease of checking in and checking out, that wifi was available.

Our hairdryer was broken - the nozzle came off of the tube and we couldn't dial the reception from our room.

This is a very beautiful, historical hotel in the old city center. We were welcomed by an excellent lady receptionist. We felt home at once. There is a private parking of the hotel. We will certainly use this hotel again.

We arrived early, 1.5 hours before checking time, after a very cold bicycle trip from Donauworth (the stretch along the Lech river is aptly called small Siberia). Still we were checked in with a smile and the bicycles could be stored safely in a separate room - they even had put a bicycle pump in there! The views from our room balcony on the Dom were great and we enjoyed a - complementary - drink from the minibar while warming up in the sun looking a the Dom. One of those magical moments one travels for. Next morning breakfast had everything we wished for and needed for the next leg along the Romantische Strasse.

The hotel is right across from the main cathedral but in a quiet part of town. it is a larger older hotel with some charm to it. We stayed in one of the larger rooms on the upper floors with a private terrace and wood beamed cathedral ceiling. There were great views from out windows. The staff spoke excellent English and there is also a swimming pool for the kiddies if you have them with you.

Our SUV was too large for their garage, but they generously allowed us to park in one of their other drives at no charge. So, there really isn't any complaint here, just a warning to people who arrive in large cars.

Central but quiet location. Laundry service. Internet available in lounge. Off street parking for motorcycles in courtyard.

The breakfast was not as good as some hotels we stayed at but good all the same

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel with helpful staff right in the centre of the city, very close to the Catherdral and old quarter.

Car park is a bit on the small side, but then you are in the centre of the old town

The hotel is located in a nice place. It is close to city center and not a crowded neighborhood. The room is large and the hotel has indoor swimming pool. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We liked it very much.

very good breakfast for the size of hotel. Quiet room, comfy bed. Dog friendly. Nice small pool to relax in. We just had an overnight stay so we liked the location to walk into town to eat.

The lack of air-conditioning, while not a serious problem at the time we visited, could well be an issue in hot weather.
