The staff ( owner) is very nice and helpful.She picked us at the train station and send us again after we checked in.

Access to supermarkets was very good along with restaurants. The city was a good 30 min walk, but a pleasant and interesting walk.

Everything about this place was grotty. Stayed for 4 nights. Only 2 towels provided for 2 people. No cleaning equipment provided ( and there were road/footpath works all around the area). The taps dripped, light globes not working. The actual apartment was at the base of the tiled stairs to a 4 storey building and could hear everyone walk up and down at all times of the day and night. The rubbish bins were right outside the bedroom window and the noise of residents disposing of their rubbish was very loud....especially very early in the morning.Had been told someone would come to change the towels etc, but this did not happen and unable to get in contact with anyone. WIFi was not available as stated as login was not provided.

Location was good and the facilities were just about adequate. We arrived a little early and the owners still let us have the keys and showed us to the apartment. We paid a fair price for the apartment (it was listed as half price) I would have been more than dissapointed had I paid full price.

Free public parking could not be found locally (most city streets had 4 hour max - very expensive parking unless between 11pm and 9am. We had to pay around 10-15 Euro a day for evening and overnight parking about 20 mins walk away. There was the last occupants old food in the fridge when we arrived, poor cooking utensils, various light bulbs out, cheap furniture, tv reception poor. I had to wash all utensils and equipment before using them as nothing seemed clean. Having said that - Fair price for what we got but the advert tried to make it sound better than what it was!

Good location, reasonable price

the location of the apartment was fabulous (i rented apartment Cathedral Apartment Roja) - about 5 minutes from the main train station. the owner picked me up from the station as my flight was delayed. facilities were great. quiet area. perfect for a few days in cologne.

Very clean appartment in nice neighborhood, near the downtown

Very hard to find a parking space near the apartment. Sewer smell coming from toilet.

we liked the decor, quality of furnishings, proximity to town and owner was very very friendly

We were travelling with a ychild and the main reason to choose an appartment as opposed to a hotelroom was that we wanted a separate Living/bedroom as well as a kitchen. When we arrived did not get the appartment we originally boooked (which would have had a separate bedroom) - instead we got a studio type place. Furthermore, the appartment wasn't quite finished yet, so we had no cooking facilities. Also, kettle etc. were only put in on day 2 when we asked for it. We were booked for 3 nights - we could have moved to the original appartment on the last night by which point it was really not worth the hassle. The reduction was only €60 which was too little for the inconvenience caused.The main saving grace were the super friendly owners

Peaceful place, individual entrance, easy to rich from railway station, nice rooms at the ikea style.

Only one: a shower always worked in a contrast mode — half a minute only hot water, 1 minute cold. And there aren't any signes on the house that here are apartments, you should take a key from the manager at the Domstr., 29.

Great, reasonably priced apartment 5 mins from Cologne cathedral.

The room is so spacious and so comfortable. The staff were also very nice and helpful.

To far from the alstrad centre. Was advertised as a few minutes to get to the centre, but it was a 8 euro taxi ride away. Mislead by the advert.
