The staff were always very friendly and helpful and the hotel was located in a convenient place. Quite expensive and there was a major problem with wasps at breakfast time! The layout of the hotel was a bit awkward also. |

The bed and linnens were fairly good. The elevator service was kind of confusing. The lobby, bar and restaurant was all in one place on the 7th floor ( which is the top floor). |

Very centrally placed. No fuss check-in, room has all you need and a little more and price was a positive surprise. The hotel is very clean, room is reasonably sized. Old fashioned metal key on heavy keychain. You must go from entrance to 7th floor to go to lobby, then change elevator to go to other floor. Not a huge inconvenience but for a small hotel, you do spend a bit of time waiting for, and shifting elevators. |

Good position, new and clean, excellent value for money Reseption is on the 7th floor anf from there you have to go to the room witha different elevator. |

Great location, nice restaurant (as we traveled around Christmas, the restaurant area was very lovely decorated), good breakfest, very friendly staff. I would definetely recomment this hotel!!! The Hotel should consider changing pillows as it is impossible to sleep on currently used ones. |

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a 10 minute walk from the busy Ku'Dam area. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and curteous. Nothing was too much trouble for them, from ordering taxis to giving local advice. The breakfast is fantastic value for money - just make sure you are hungry! Dinner was also very good value. |

Korzystam z tego hotelu za każdym razem,kiedy przyjeżdżam do Berlina. Bardzo mi odpowiada wystrój tego hotelu, jego ciepły klimat i przyjemna restauracja.Jest dogodnie usytuowany w stosunku do moich potrzeb. Jest bardzo wygodny, elegancki, a zarazem bezpretensjonalny. Ma w sobie coś "domowego".... Pewnym minusem jest recepcja na siódmym piętrze, co wymusza konieczność korzystania dwukrotnie z windy przy każdym wejściu do hotelu i wyjściu z niego. Zdarza się, że dość długo czeka się na windę, zwłaszcza w godzinach śniadaniowych. |

Op loopafstand van de belangrijkste spoorlijnen, ook direct naar vliegveld schonefeld. Receptie en bar 24 uur open, erg handig als je laat aankomt of vroeg vertrekt. Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Fitness goed geregeld met de buren. Internet is wel gratis, maar je moet wel iedere dag om een nieuwe toegangscode vragen. |
