The Restaurant was very impressive and very romantic. The people there were very polite . And the room was very comfort so as the bed which is very important! There is noise from the the road so maybe to change the windows |

Very nice and cosy suite, with even a cooking area. Staff friendly and very helpful. Reasonnably priced. The included continental breakfast is allright but might, for some people, not be varied enough. In this case though, there is a list of paying extras that can be ordered in advance. |

les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses, bien équipées; le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon (buffet) dans le jardin d'hiver. Il est possible de dîner au restaurant avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix(les pizza sont excellentes) . Le cadre est chaleureux avec un coté kitch sympatique. Il n'y a rien à modifier! |

Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch ein sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Interieur aus. Das italnienische Konzept des Hotels zieht sich von der Rezeption, durch den Speisesaal, durch einen romantischen und verwunschenen Garten (mit sehr liebevoller Hotelkatze :-)) bis in die romantischen Zimmer. Alles ist sehr liebevoll auf Barock gestaltet, was dem einen oder anderen sicherlich sehr kitschig vorkommen kann, wir fanden es jedoch angemessen. Das Bad war sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles in allem sehr modern ausgestattete Zimmer und alles sehr sauber. Über das Frühstücksbuffett kann man auch nichts negatives sagen. Ebenfalls ist der Raum mit dem Buffett sehr liebevoll gestaltet und optisch vom eigentlichen Speisesaal abgetrennt. Negativ ist uns zu allererst der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption aufgefallen, der sich nicht um uns gekümmert hat, sondern lieber weiter am Computer gespielt hat. Als dann ein weiterer Mitarbeiter kam, hat man sich gut um uns gekümmert. Der einzige Kritikpunkt am Zimmer ist die Heizung. Wir hatten eine sehr kalte Nacht dort und die Heizung wollte nicht anspringen. Ebenso brauchte morgens das Wasser der Dusche sehr lange um warm zu werden. Die sehr dünnen Wände des Zimmers möchte ich an dieser Stelle auch erwähnen. Man teilt so gut wie jedes Geräusch mit seinem Nachbarn. |

Innenstadt gut mit Straßenbahn erreichbar. Eigentlich war alles ok. Nur die in der Nähe vorbeifahrende Straßenbahn war nachts etwas laut hörbar. |

Das Hotel ist eine italienische Oase mitten in der Leipziger City. Romantisch eingerichtete Zimmer im venezianischen Stil, das Restaurant mit Trevibrunnen und der liebevoll gestaltete Innenhof machen den Aufenthalt zum Erlebnis. Die Zimmer im Gartenhaus sind grosszügig gestaltet und erfüllen jeglichen Komfort den man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. |
