Only the location The hotel is way too expensive!! the rooms are less than normal as well as the bathroom and the breakfest is very bad it must not be called a bouffet !! |

Very good located, great breakfast, excellent reception service!!! Very nice and clean rooms! I have been already meny times in this hotel and always come back! many restaurants around and 200metres only S-Bahn - Tram opposite this hotel! Quiet street!! All OK! |

It was a very comfortable room , the breakfast buffet was extensive including hot items which is unusual for germany ,and certainly it was good value for money. It was slightly noisy , with trams running in the street outside, luckily I am a heavy sleeper but other guests may be more sensitive even with the ear plugs the Hotel provides. |

Clean, compact rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location: in a real (not tourist) neighborhood with good restaurants, bars, shops. Within walking distance of the tourist areas. Street noise with windows open. Luckily, ear plugs are provided. OK with windows closed. |

Without exception all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and all spoke good English. The bedroom was quite spacious and very clean. The hotel was a short walk away from the underground, and in one stop we were in the old part of Dusseldorf. The hotel was situated next to lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. Situated on a main road, and when the windows were open it was a little noisy, especially with the trams. |
