It was a comfortable and clean room. The bed mattress was a bit too hard. It would be nice to have some television channels in English.

I liked being away from the hotel...they falls advertise, there was no pool or work out room. Also the customer service was the worst ever. I was so ready to come home after my 2 weeks there it was definatly not was I was expexting out of a 4 star hotel. Maybe if there lucky a 2 star at best and that's even pushing it. The customer service, the hotel period.

I most enjoyed the proximity to the walking trails which were perfect for long runs in the evening. I would like to see a continental breakfast offered at a lower cost. I prefer having only coffee, rolls/bread and jam for breakfast. The full buffet was superb but I would like to see an option to have strickly a continental menu.

This hotel is almost to the standard of an American hotel in regards to comfort, but gives the services of a city center hotel such as laundry, internet, breakfast, a bar down stairs, etc. The room was on the small side, but was adequate. Parking around the hotel was fine, but if you have anything besides a compact car you must park on the street because the garage is tight. Internet was an additional charge at 9.95 Euro, which in this day and age and at the price point for this hotel seems it should be included. The hotel was very nice, but the location requires a taxi or your own car due to the distance from the city center and it's all up hill, so carrying your bag up the hill would be quite the work-out!

A location of the hotel is rather good: only 10-15 mins with a bus from the city center. Being apart from highways, the hotel is very quiet. The hotel stuff is welcoming and nice, rooms are clean and provided with a small fridge. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is that there is no free internet access. That really spoils a stay there. Among smaller disadvantages: the price for a breakfast is really overblown; there is no bathtub but only a shower (for a 4-stars hotel that is poor); there is not enough light in the room (at least, in the single room there was no big light on the ceiling).

Good location, clean room, good brekfast, kind staff at the reception and at the restaurant. I did not like the cleaning woman knocking at the door early to see if the room is free for cleaning.

Schickes,sauberes,nett eingerichtetes Zimmer mit ansprechendem Bad. Sky- Bundesliga free.Für uns als Fußball-Reisende perfekt,wenn der Partner dabei.Und die direkte Nähe zum Fritz-Walter-Stadion.

Nette, echt freundliche Mitarbeiter die durch ihre unaufgeregte Art sehr viel zur guten Stimmung im Hotel beitragen. Ich habe mich nie fremd gefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut, mit 17,- aber doch deutlich überteuert.

Nicht gefallen hat uns die Tatsache, dass in der Bar geraucht wurde. Wir wollten gerne noch etwas trinken (im Anschluss an das Fußballspiel auf dem "Betze"), aber bei den Rauchschwaden haben wir gerne darauf verzichtet.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Betzenberg unweit des Fritz Walter Stadions vom 1.FC Kaiserlautern. Wer eine angenehme Komfortmatratze für die Übernachtung sucht, wird in den Novotels fündig. Schon deshalb immer eine Buchung wert.

Mi csak átutazoban toltottunk egy éjszakát ott, de minden rendben volt.A Zárt garázst foleg nagyon szimpatikusnak találtuk, nem kellett a csomagjainkat felcipelni a szobánkba.

Nettes zuvorkommendes Personal.Für Besucher von Fussballspielen des 1 FCK sehr geeignet, da das Hotel nur Fünf Gehminuten vom Stadion entfernt liegt.
