My second stay in this hotel.The restaurant is modern, serving very good food.Location is quiet,easy to get to town by bus, or a taxi for only a few Euro .Personnel is very, very helpful and friendly.The rooms are heated,and in general very nice. Yes,my room could use some up-dating,(maybe a different carpet and mattress.) ,but it served me well during my stay |

Location was good and easy access to the Autovon. There was a message left for me, but it did not belong to me. The phone message left kept blinking and we asked to cut it off. It was never cut off so we unpluged the phone . |

Very poor internet conenction. I couldn't even check hotmail on most days even though they charge outrageous fees to connect. Funny thing is, this is the only reason I chose to stay there. Won't make that mistake again. |

Das Hotel hatte wohl schon bessere Zeiten?! Positiv ist die Lage direkt auf dem Betzenberg. Schmutzige Handtücher wurden am Anreisetag erst nach Aufforderung ausgetauscht. Preis nicht gerechtfertigt! |

Das Wasserbett - Sehr gut eingestellt und die richtige Temperatur. Die kostenlose Umbuchung auf das größere Nichtraucherzimmer. Die Bettdecke ist viel zu warm für ein Wasserbett, besonders im Sommer. |
