It was very close to the Nurburgring, everything was very accessible. Basement garage was very convienient. Room was very clean and practical. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was fantastic but evening meal in the hotel was very expensive for what was served, the food was absolutely delicious but portions were small.

The location right on the Grand Prix strecke and proximity to the entrance of the Nordschleife at Nürburgring is just great. On my veranda i could feel like a VIP in a private box with a perfect view of the starting grid. Also, the sound-proofed windows made it possible to shut the "somewhat noisy" supercars out sufficiently enough to relax and get work done.

I have come to expect a bellboy/porter/piccolo in a hotel in this price range. There was none. Instead they had trolleys you could borrow. I also missed a waterboiler in my room. These and other small details dragged down the value for money-gefühl. And the prices are not cheap!

Excellent viewing point for track. The Motorsport design of the hotel was very nice

Only a minor point but the shower gel/ shampoo dispenser was empty

Excellent location with balcony over looking GP circuit main straight, great bar and secure underground car park for motorcycles with head room for a van. Comfy mattress.

Pillows are rubbish

If you are into motorsports and the Nurburgring, this is the place to be. Right beside the racetrack with great views, the breakfast buffet is incredible, room is spacious and nice, easy access to amenities in the area, good underground parking.

Motorsport theme to hotel

Very helpful friendly staff. Perfect for petrol-heads as its right next to Nurburgring track. Good clean rooms. Food very good quality.

Room service menu limited. English tv is non-existent, not even bbc World just cnn. They obviously want you to use the Pay-per-view films, very expensive at 13.50 Euro each!! As per all european hotels, no tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Location if you are into motorsport, which we are, so no doubt the best place if you choose a track view room. Check in and all staff really. The crazy hotel bar, but if you hate smoking best avoided.

Check out was a touch busy, but as motor race on saturday and traditional folk type festival that weekend, to be expected but handled really well by front desk staff.

I have stayed at this hotel every time I go to the Nurburgring, cannot fault it's location actually on the Grand Prix circuit, if you ask for a comfort room you will get a balcony overlooking the start finish straight, and there is always something on the go to watch if you just want to pass a little time in between things, excellent hotel in every way

Great facilities & food. Location as good as it gets with a view over the gp circuit. Definitely 100% petrol head!

Great access for rent4ring Nurburgring track day. Chose room with balcony overlooking the track, rooms furnished to a high standard. Enjoy the track from your room on the hotel corner by corner tv recording. View motor related art and exhibits on every floor and wall. Nice buffet selection for breakfast-eggs a bit overdone. Buffet supper selection on first day, next night only a short walk from local restaurants. Easy to log onto the hotel wifi. Our third visit and would return again without hesitation. .

Pool small, could have been warmer. Sauna huge but not hot enough. Smoking allowed in the bar-surprised, I thought in EU there was no smoking allowed inside? Parking E10 per night! Free internet access limited to only 15 minutes per day, not quite explained clearly in the room directory.

Great motorsport environment, brilliant place to stay if you're a petrolhead.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. We had a balcony overlooking the Grand Prix track, watched a race. Looked around at all the cars. Spent about 5 hours in a 1 night stay in the spa area, which was really nice. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. Everyone speaks English. The breakfast was fit for a king. Great decor. Didn't want to leave.

The only thing that could have made it better would be possibly the price. It's not cheap. But well worth it!

Perfect location for a stopover at the Nurburgring, and a welcome place to wind down after a day on the track.

Smoking in the (crowded) bar came as an unwelcome surprise, when much of Europe stopped this years ago.

My room faced the Nurburgring track, waking up to cars screaming was fantastic. Spent hours watching all the cars on track. If you love Motorsport the this is the place to stay The doors can be shut to limit the noise so it was best of both worlds. Must stay if you are going on the Nordschleife !!

Had the do not disturb sign on the door yet two staff opened the door and came in. Not a huge issue, but the sign is there for a reason

Hotel amenities very poor, no tea making facilities in rooms, no bath, no snack outlets in hotel, restaurant very expensive, room service menu very limited, car parking charge at hotel.

The fact that it's sited right next to the race circuit is fantastic for people competing there. Wonderful breakfast buffet.
