I have to say my wife and I have only good things to say about this hotel. The entire staff from the bellman to reception, the concierge, housekeeping and lounge staff was superb in every way, everyone was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a very good location near KuDam, it is spacious and the layout of our room was excellent. The executive lounge was also excellent for value. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

The club room was excellent with attentiveand informed staff There was some vip with police escorts etc who disrupted the access to the hotel.

The hotel website does not do the hotel justice. Rooms and spa / pool area are very good. Parking at Euro 24 a day seems excessive, particularly for a hotel guest!

L'amabilité du personnel et le restaurant gastronomique HUGOS. Le cadre du restaurant est magnifique et la qualité des plats remarquable - l'étoile Michelin est bien méritée. Nous avons réservé une chambre standard non fumeur. On nous a initialement proposé une chambre surclassée, très design, mais à un étage fumeur. Nous avons refusé à cause de l'odeur de tabac et il nous a été proposé une chambre également surclassée, avec une belle vue, mais à côté de l'ascenseur dont le bruit était extrêmement gênant la nuit. Nous avons changé de chambre deux jours plus tard, pour une chambre standard, qui était très bien et au calme.

Frühstückbüfett war sehr reichhaltig und dekorativ angerichtet. Vom Zimmer aus konnte man keine Ferngespräche führen und musste immer runter in die Lobby zum telefonieren. Mitarbeiterin am Abend bestätigte dies, bei Nachfrage am Morgen an der Rezeption wurde mir das Gegenteil gesagt. In so einem Haus erwarte ich etwas anderes.

ενα ομορφο ξενοδοχειο της αλυσιδας αυτης μεσα στη πολη. The swimming pool and the spa was closed for renovation and they told as to use an others hotels spa, but it was not so convenient of course. The first night was a big party in the most of the bars of hotel and with the check in they didn't allowed as to enter. Next day we had to see the town so we didn t bother to explore the hotel. In conclusion the price was very high for a room without breakfast/ spa swimming pool and no entrance to the public bars and restaurants of the hotel.

Ich wähle grundsätzlich dieses Hotel, wenn ich in Städten übernachten möchte. Leider gibt es noch nicht in jeder Großstadt in Deutschland ein Intercontinental. Bisher war ich immer mehr als zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer immer in einem tadellosen Zustand. Besser geht's nicht!

Der separat gebuchte Silvesterabend war für das was er geboten hat, ein einziger Abriss. Menue/Essen zu wenig und zu wenig ausgewählt.Eine Zumutung war zB die Nachspeise mit einem Pfannkuchen und das wars dann. Ich bitte Sie. Ich bezahlte für 2 Personen EUR 770.-- Das Ganze war kaum mehr als EUR 350.-- wert. Tanzfläche zu klein, Musik nur durchschnittlich.Dekoration auf den Tischen billig und wenig ansprechend. Tische und Stühle wie in einem Gartenrestaurant einzig, dass wir noch erhöhnt sitzen mussten, was ein absolutes "No Go" ist. Nein ich werde niemehr einen solchen Anlass in Ihrem Hotel buchen.

Ligging tov centrum We hadden een kamer aan de achterkant van het hotel, bij de leveranciers ingang, dit betekende dat al vrij vroeg om circa 6.30 uur een hoop herrie was. s, Avonds laat een hoop herrie met het opruimen van kratten. Er waren een serie vuilnisbakken die open stonden en en stonken. De kamer was klein en onpraktisch ingericht, de tv zat op een lastige plaats, vanuit je bed kon je niet kijken en de stoelen zaten zeer oncomfortabel. Kortom voor 200 euro per nacht verwacht ik toch meer comfort en ik zal zeker dit hotel niet meer kiezen.

Internet toegang moet apart gekocht worden. Hiermee is Intercontinental een van de laatste hotels die dat nog doet. Is niet meer van deze tijd. Wifi is alleen in de lobby te ontvangen, verder moet Internet toegang verkregen worden via een te kort kabeltje in de kamer. Prijzen voor Internet toegang zijn extreem hoog. Groot minpunt waarvoor ik dit hotel de volgende keer zal mijden.

Gutes, weiträumiges Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, gepflegte Ausstattung. Leider roch es in unserem Zimmer nach Zigarettenrauch obwohl ich ein Nichtraucherzimmer reserviert hatte. Abends war Musik aus den Veranstaltungsräumen im Zimmer im 2. Stockwerk zu hören, nicht sehr laut zum Glück, aber trotzdem störend. Mehrfach mussten die Lesekarten für die Eingangstüren neu programmiert werden, nervig da man dazu zur Reception gehen muß.
