Better pillows than most European hotels and bigger duvet. Pool was very nice. Interet terminal available in lobby for free. On a one way street. |

Efficient and predictable. Basic service, efficient, but not welcoming. Also, how can any buffet breakfast be worth 18 euro pp? |

The Hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk to the town centre facilities & the Rhine. The size & decor of the rooms is excellent for a hotel of this class. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The choice at the breakfast buffet was phenominal and appeared to cater for all travellers whatever their nationality. I'm not able to comment on the quality or value of the restaurant. Although the hotel's cellar restaurant looked interesting I chose not to eat there, put off by the advertised pricing which seemed to me to be excessive for a hotel of this class. |

10 minutes from city center. The use of the gym and swiming pool from 6.30 am. Modern with out to many frills that I do not wish to pay for. Extra services you pay if you want them. I did not. Needed a hook in the bath room to hang clothes on. |

Good breakfasts and ease of access to centre of Mainz Smell of drains in bathroom, no hooks in room or bathroom for coats and robes. Impersonal rooms. Unfriendly receptionist on arrival. |

Very conveniently situated. Helpful staff. Parking at 12 euro per day is a little expensive. Breakfast at 18 euros per day (we were fortunately all inclusive) is very expensive. |
