The hotel is a cheap hotel, everything in it it cheap. The menu is terrible, the rooms are poorly equiped. The glass in my room had a Christmas tree on it, must of got those cheap. This is not a luxery hotel, it' a cheap, one night stay hotel. For the price, I'm sure you can find a better hotel. Air conditioning didn't work, reception staff didn't enjoy their job. Room had an odd smell. The gym is so hot, don't bother as it's a terrible gym.

I like all facilities they have. Swimming pool, fitness, bar, etc. The room is very clean and comfort. Besides, the location is excellent!

As a guest, why can't we have free wifi, parking place? I found it's a bit unfair for the guest that we have to pay extra cost for this.

Neer to the main station by Woking 5 minutes neer to the shopping

The hotel is included into a complex a little similar to the quarter of Montpellier Antigone. From Kupferbergterrasse the beautiful look and the elevator going down in the tunnel, to the downtown opens.

Too far from train station and didn't provide shuttle service. We would have been willing to pay for this service.

The staff spoke excellent English and the bar drinks prices were reasonable.

The laundry service could have been more user friendly / cheaper. Compared to a self-service laundry facility when doing a load of washing, Novatel was very expensive.

Price of food

Loved the quiet location (had room at the back) of the hotel in first class surroundings yet within easy walking distance to the city centre and railway station, although adequately served by public transport. All in all a very nice hotel to stay in.

One very minor point - would have liked clean coffee/tea mugs in our room each day.

The breakfast is so good. And the room is clean and nice.

Impolite staff make me very unhappy.

Room and toilet are big n spacious. Very clean.

Hotel is about 10-15mins walk up slope from the main train station, so for travellers with big luggages do take note. No free internet. Aircon can get abit loud.

Our room was big and clean. Beds and pillows were much better than usually in Germany. Breakfast was excellent. Easy access to the garage.

Poor pressure with a hot water in the shower. Quite expensive breakfast.

Die Lüftung im Badezimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Auch nach mehrfachen Hinweisen (2x) wurde der Mangel nicht abgestellt, bzw. keine Rückmeldung gegeben.

De kamers zijn ruim en netjes. Ook de badkamer. Voor hen die van een beetje wandelen houden een leuke lokatie. Je moet namelijk een stukje bergafwaarts (en later bergopwaarts) wandelen. Er rijden ook bussen. Een goed, maar wel typisch Duits ontbijtbuffet. Dat wilt zeggen een wat standaard buffet. Wat overigens op verzoek niet werd bijgevuld. Da's dan weer jammer.

Je had er geen strijkbout of strijkplank, dat laatste werd dan weer goed gemaakt door het bed. Wij hebben er geen gebruik van gemaakt maar ik denk dat je na een paar nachten op deze bedden op je knieën naar de Spa kruipt om je rug te laten masseren.

- Unangemessen hohe Parkgebühr ( € 12,– pro Nacht ! ). - WLAN kostenpflichtig ( = absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß ! ) - Abbuchung des Zimmerpreises bereits bei Reservierung, also noch vor Erbringung der zu bezahlenden Leistung ! -Trotz Bitte um ruhiges Zimmer bei der Reservierung: im Zimmer permanent, auch nachts, störende Geräusche von benachbarten Aggregaten des Hotels. - Quietschende Betten. - Kleinere Sauberkeitsmängel in Zimmer und Bad. - Im Badezimmer nur 1 Badematte für 2 Personen.  - Im Restaurant bei Früstück und Abendessen störende Geräuschbelästigung durch jaulende Musikberieselung. - Der Poolbereich öffnet erst um 09.00 Uhr, d. h. viel zu spät für eine morgenliche Nutzung.

WLAN kostenpflichtig Dusche funktionierte nicht Parken sehr teuer!

Uns wurde beim Check-In bereits ein Frühstück kostenlos angeboten.

Das Warten am Aufzug dauert ab und zu etwas lange.

Das Gastgeschenk für meine Tochter. Der kostenlose Bademantel-Service. Das tolle Preisangebot inklusive Frühstück. Das Schwimmbecken, das bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet war.

Durch das Pfingstwochenende war das Hotel sehr gut frequentiert und auf unserer Etage leider auch sehr laut und das bis in die Nacht hinein und am Morgen dann wieder ab 7 Uhr. Aber rücksichtsvolle Gäste kann man sich nicht backen.
