Score from 497 reviews Good
I like everything in this lovely hotel, staff, facilities, breakfast, cleaning the room and the management.
Only bed, because it is two small beds sides besides they just join them to gather.
The room has an adequate size, and the comfort of the room is good. The tea and coffee facilities provided in the room are a nice welcome from the hotel.
There was a sewage smell inside the bathroom.
good breakfast, lovely pool and spa
In the room there was a smell of cigarettes although it was a non-smoking room, instead of replacing a room for us, one of the staff came with a spray which didn't help much.
Top Location, Top Service
2 single beds pushed together to make double. A little noisy , room located opposite room service lift.
Really good deal
Personnel doesn't seem do friendly and barely speak english
Walking back up the hill
-Checked me in early! -Everything worked in the room! -Internet was simple! -Bar was convenient and relaxing! -They had onsite parking -Good breakfast!
-Seemed a little pricey when I tried to book it again at the end of the week. Stayed at a different hotel!

Good size room Easy parking and access to room
A bit hard to find (even with GPS)
The hotel was pretty much in the center of the city - an easy walk to the old town without being right in the hub-bub and very close to the train station although it's a steep climb with baggage going to the hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful when approached. There was not much noise between the rooms although you did hear plenty of noise from the hallway. The breakfast buffet (which was included with our reservation) was nicely done and well kept up throughout the entire breakfast period. They gave you many selections from the 'full English' to the continental depending on your tastes.
Our room was right across from the service elevator which meant the there was very loud banging and clanking between 0600-0700 every morning when they brought up the housekeeping and room service carts!!! They also didn't bother speaking more quietly and you could easily hear conversations going out outside the door. In fact, you did hear almost all the noise from the hallway through the room door.
None of the maids would pick up dirty dishes. They just left them for us to get rid of. The draines in the bathroom smelled! The towels were thin. I would not stay there again.
Good location and generally helpful staff.
Nice staff all the way. Allways willing to find a solutions for our best. Fantastic
Located in a quite area Pleasant wellness and swimming poll in a historical space.
Fitness centre and pool really nice to relax
very helpful staff, good location with own parking place free of charge.
bottle of water at the room should be free of charge for guests.
The bar staff were particularly good given they had a considerable number of people in the bar watching the big screen with the world cup.
I thought the arrangements for car parking was not particularly good. I was staying for 4 nights and if I hadn't been persistant I could have been paying 48 euros (12 euros per day) for the four nights instead of 30 euros for a weekly car parking ticket. Booking.com could also mention this if people wanted to book this hotel for more than 3 nights. It could even be included in the price if car parking required.
Fantastic front office staff. Extremely helpful. Spotless, spacious, comfortable, well appointed room. Couldn't be happier!
Leaving after just one night..
Staff, breakfast, large room
Breakfast's taste and variety are not bad. It is close to train station, though needs to walk uphill. It has both pool and gym facilities.
The pool is too shallow and triangle in shape.
