The location of the hotel is very good -- right on the beach and off the promenade. The breakfast was very good with a nice outside seating area (but smoking should be prohibited in the outside eating area). The room could use some upkeep as it was a bit run down. This is supposed to be a luxury spa hotel but while the common areas, bar and restaurants were nice, the rooms (at least ours) needed some care (mold in the shower, sink drain did not work, general wear and tear visible). For the price, the quality should have been a bit better.

Friendly atmosphere with beachside location. Good breakfast buffet Our balcony was directly above the kitchen and cooking smells permeated the room whenever the balcony door was opened

Super Lage, direkt an der Promenade gelegen......die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig Überteuertes Hotel ...... Das Abendessen war eine Katastrophe.......kalt, roher Kohlrabi, Kartoffeln aus dem Glas!!!....Das Personal freundlich aber unausgebildet....noch nicht einmal angelernt, so lässt der Service zu wünschen übrig!!!!!Kein Vergleich zum Dorint beispielsweise auf Sylt......wo jedem Gast der Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen wird.......nun ja...sehr schade....Was die Zimmer anging...hatten wir 2 DZ gebucht und erhielten 2 Zimmer die unterschiedlicher nicht sein konnten......wobei 1 Zi. eher einer Besenkammer glich ,was nicht nur die Größe betraf, sondern auch den einzigen Ausblick gegen eine sehr hohe Balkonmauer betraf.......

Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und erkennbar bemüht, dem Gast einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Kleinere Probleme bei der Ankunft wurden unverzüglich beseitigt. üBeraus angenehm ist das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet bis 12 Uhr. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant Olivio empfanden wir als sehr angenehm, die Speisen sind ausgesprochen gut. Ob das im Vergleich zu anderen guten Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung spürbar höhere Preisniveau gerechtfertigt ist, muss jeder Gast selbst entscheiden. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen, können es sehr empfehlen. Das Hotel ist rund 20 Jahre alt, was es leider nicht verbergen kann. Obwohl alles sauber und ordentlich ist, täte einigen Bereichen eine Renovierung zur Beseitigung typischer Gebrauchsspuren in einem Hotel (Z.B. gerissene Fugen in der Dusche, Schleifspuren von Gepäck an manchen Wänden) gut. Ein kostenloser WLAN-Zugang sollte bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie zum Standard gehören.

Die "Zwangsbelüftung" der Zimmer erzeugt besonders in der Nacht störende Geräusche, die man nicht abstellen kann. Wenn jemand einen leichten Schlaf hat, ist dies durchaus störend

Sehr nette und freundliche Service-Mitarbeiter/innen. HervorragendesFrühstücksbuffet Bei einem Hotel dieser(Auch Preis-) Kategorie sollte man erwarten, dass wlan auf den Zimmern kostenlos geboten wird, nicht nur ein einziger kostenloser LAN-Internet Zugang in der Executive Lounge.

Die Lage direkt am Starnd, das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption, die Tatsache, dass in der Nebensaison nur wenig Gäste dort waren und somit Ruhe herrschte und auch der Wellnessbereich nicht überfüllt war.

Frühstück (bis 12:00 Uhr!) und Wellnessbereich wirklich top. Vorsicht: Bei Mailanfrage nach vergünstigten Konditionen wurden gar teurere Preise als im Internet veröffentlicht angeboten!!!

Einen Vorschlag hätten wir bezüglich der sich im Zimmer befindlichen Safes, die mit Kreditkarte funktionieren. Um diese Karte (schräg gehalten) nicht kaputt zu machen sollte man Safe mit Zahlenschloß nehmen, die sich nicht so reparaturanfällig.

Utmärkt läge I Binz utmed strandpromenaden. Valde rum med havsutsikt - fantastisk upplevelse att se både sol & måne gå upp över östersjön. Bra komfort - fräscht och rent! Fantastisk frukost!

unaufdringlicher Service, Sauberkeit,sehr bequeme Betten, lecker Frühstück bis 12.oo "Appartement mit Meerblick" war gebucht, dieser war jedoch nur "seitlicher Meerblick vom Balkon", leider nicht aus den Zimmern selbst; der Fön gab seinen Geist schon nach 1 min wg. Überhitzung auf
