Grand Hotel Dream Main City Center  

Hotelli sijaitsee aivan pääostoskadun, Zeilin, alussa. Sijainti shoppailuintoiselle loistava. Lentokentältä pääsee junalla noin 200 m päähän hotellista. Todella tilava huone, jossa tallelokero. Runsas aamiainen kuului huoneen hintaan.

Hotelli on pikemminkin kolmen tähden hotelli kuin neljän. Huoneemme oli aavistuksen kulahtanut. Suihku sekä Ikean suihkuverho olivat likaisia. Muuten kylpyhuone oli siisti.

Breakfast was good, room was quiet, beds were good

Towels were clean but hard and used many times, no slippers and no dressing gowns. Restaurant was announced to be open until late evening, 23 hours, but was not open. Slow elevator.

Hotel was ideally located in the centre of Frankfurt. It is only walking distance to most places of interest and a very short walk to the underground. Parking is on hotel premise and much cheaper than pubic parking The hotel was clean and to a good standard. Breakfast was also good. Staff were very helpful

Hotel is advertised as a 4 star. I would have said a good 3 star - but nevertheless was to an acceptable standard. Pity that the hotel cut some corners regarding the bathroom towels. They were far too small and felt like cardboard. Apart from this the hotel was perfect.

Good breakfast, comfortable room and bed and staff at the reception speaks english. The location is perfect just few seconds from the shooping street.

No coffee and tea set in the room.

Hotel is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices are excellent.

I chose this hotel for it's location. One can walk to many places of interest for tourists. Unfortunately, this hotel is also located within 1/2 block of a local well known bordello. The police keep a car parked directly across the street from the hotel to " maintain order." There are many men walking this street. The hotel staff recommended we take a taxi ( which they arranged for us) to dinner at 6:30 since it wasn't adviseable for us (parents w/2 children) to walk to dinner even though the restaurant was only three blocks way. Wish we had known this since we were traveling with school age children and it was a bit "creepy.". Would recommend the hotel but not for people traveling with children.

Very convinient shower. Helpful staff. Not noisy - my room window was to the inside courtyard - I was able to sleep with open window. Good (normal for 4 stars) breakfast. Location was very convinient, although the nearest streets didn't seem too safe: I have noticed several clear glances and even phrases from people seemed not european (arab, turkish?). But I don't think that there is any real danger. Overall real value for money.

it was my 2nd stay at dream hotel, the location is great very close to zeil street and also near to the airport, breakfast is variable and fine, staffs are helpfull

Sorry, "no like" for Grand Hoteal Dream Main City

I was expecting from a "four-stars labeled" hotel much more: a bigger room, a better stuffed bathroom (this was the worst from all: a toilet for children height, a poor shower direct on floor - with a "dirty-resistent" floor tile and plastic curtain, yellowish towels). Perhaps Frankfurt is an expensive City, and this is the value for the money we paid, although I'm very doubtful how the Tourism Agency grants "stars" to the hotels.

the people are very friendly

The location was really good. Just a 100m from the Konstablerwache station, one can roam about in the city very easily and is also very near to the main shopping street, Zeil. The staff is very friendly and are there to help with whatever you want. Rooms were excellent for the price.
