最近建てられたホテルだけあって、全ての物が新しかった。朝食は食べる価値ありです。温かい物から冷たい物- まで充実しており非常に満足できる朝食です。メインショッピングストリートまで徒歩5分以内です。 |

地下鉄駅も近く、ショッピングにも大変便利でした。インターネットも無料でスピードも問題ありませんでした- 。朝食も良かったです。 浴槽が無いのが残念！ |

ホテルはきれいで、スタッフは英語ペラペラで優しかったです。部屋もきれいだったし、朝御飯もとってもおい- しかったです。これであの値段はお値打ちものだと思います。 ホテルの右側はいかがわしい店が多く、めちゃくちゃガラが悪いです。駐車場の料金が12€に値上がりしてい- ました。 |

駐車場は十分スペース有り。フロントは英語通じる。スタッフも丁寧。市内に近く周りに多くのレストランがあ- る。 残念ながらレストランが休みであった。それはアクシデント。特に不満は無し。 |

内装はとてもきれいで、朝食も素晴らしく、市街地も動物園も徒歩圏内で、大変満足しました。インターネット- については、室内ではアクセスできないこともありましたが、ロビーのPC(3台)も無料で使えるのはありが- たく思いました。 部屋に、館内の案内書がありませんでした。 スーパーで買ったビールの空き瓶を置いておいたら、ミニバーを使ったと勘違いされました。 |

The Hotell was new and clean. The Breakfest really great. Location perfect to the cityholiday. We were lucky that we didn´t have noisy Neighboors. The walls were like paper. |

Clean,comfortable and just 2 minutes from Zeil street the world known shopping street. The staff is friendly and one of the biggest advantages is the Free Internet and Free computers in the Lobby with internet connection. I wanted to go to Music Schmidt which is a huge Music store, the location is tricky but the Receptionist was really helpful and told me to go to the Dieselstrasse using the Strassebahn and that saved me a lot of trouble and time. The Toilet's door is made from glass! no privacy. |

The location is perfect within walking distance to Zeil street, shopping center and to Romerberg where I walked to visit Romerberg and Cathedral, and to catch Hop-on Hop-off tour. |

It was reasonably price It was extremely quiet. Whilst there is restaurant there was no-one there including staff. There is not much in the immediate vicinity. Perfectly ok but not convinced it was worthy of 4* |

cheap, clean, convenient location although close to the start of the main shopping street, it is 100 meters inside a not so nice or kid friendly neighborhood. not the environment one expects with a 4 star rating. |

I liked the courtesy of the hotel to provide me a room at my arrival time which was earlier to the standard check-in time. The staff was very courteous. On the last day before I had to leave for my flight , I got the chance to meet the Hotel Owner. His company was very warm & fun and I appreciate the gesture that he himself went to the kitchen to cook us tea (without any charges). |

The location of the hotel, whilst not in the nicest of areas, is excellent. Near the subway/S-Bahn, very close to the pedestrian-zone shopping areas and an excellent value for money barber/hairdresser at the end of the street. The rooms were nice and comfortable and not overly noisy. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Nothing of note (other than the shower curtain rod needed fixing - properly). |

parking costs €12 per day, very kind personnel, wifi for free. breakfast was not variable, there was a door to the next room. It was closed, of course, but could be inconvienent to somebody. |

the hotel was clean ans fresh because it is yet a new hotel. clos to the urban train station and to the main shoping area. good brekfest. the staff is willing to help. The heating didn't work for two days. Not really a 4 stars hotel- more like a good 3 stars hotel. The area is not so great - a bit scary at night to walk but the hotel itself is respectable and quiet. Very expensive during the Frankfurt book fair. |
