La cortesia degli addetti alla reception, quando presenti, e l'efficienza dell'addetta alle colazioni

La camera era poco pulita (davanzali appiccicosi e imbrattati), gli addetti aklla reception erano cortesi ma in 2 occasioni all'ingresso dell'hotel lo si è trovato chiuso con il classico cartello "torno subito"

Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile,le stanze anche se non grandi sono confortevoli e pulite. La prima colazione è varia e abbondante. La posizione è ottima , a due passi dalla cattedrale e dal centro della città. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Posizione centrale ma la stazione centrale alle spalle e la mancanza degli oscuranti alle finestre non permette di riposare. Saletta per la colazione troppo piccola, bisogna fare la fila. Qualità della colazione molto scarsa. Declasserei l'hotel ad 1 stella.

la gentilezza delle persone, la centralità della posizione

un po' vecchio e spartano l'arredo delle camere per quello che ho pagato.Solito problema in Germania che non ci sono mai asciugamani grandi per asciugarsi dopo una doccia, mancanza di canali italiani sulla televisione, non c'è una bottiglia d'acqua nella camera.

Nothing. We had difficulty finding the hotel as it was a bank holiday and all the roads to the city were shut for a race. We called the hotel to ask where we should park and the gentleman advised us 'anywhere' and walk. My mother has difficulty using her right hand and I am registered disabled. The man was rude and very unhelpful. He would not allow us to cancel and said we would be charged regardless of whether we turned up or not. When we finally arrived he said not to come to Koln by car and that it is always like this and basically it was tough that we could not park near the hotel. He did not even try and direct us to a pay car park.

It was dirty and the shower room smelt very unpleasant. In my en suite the shower cubicle was broken and the shower head would not stay in position when the water was turned on. The sink did not have a plug. I was unable to activate the safe as there was a battery missing so reception gave me a key which they wanted to keep when I went out. The whole experience wa very unpleasant and ruined our visit to Koln. I do not understand why Booking.com would rate this hotel as a 3 star. It is not worthy of 1!

Good location. Good breakfast. Clean rooms.

Small details could be improved. Sometimes staff is not fully responsive. Had problems with internet that eventually did get resolved, but after some frustration.

First the location was ideal for my purposes, the staff were friendly and courteous & breakfast was plentiful and varied. Would certainly stay there again.

Strange, for Germany, but absolutely nothing/

The location was excellent. There was a complete transparency what I saw before checking in. The breakfast was delicious and rich in nature. The shoppine arena was walking distance away. Amazing location. I would like to stay at same place whenever I am in cologne.

The internet connectivity should improve. Rest all is fine.

Only the location!!

There was no hot water to shower in the morning, breakfast was fine but average, we booked a room for 4 but got one for 3 persons. Family room not available but advertised.

Central location, very handy for station, shops and Christmas markets. Room warm and quiet despite proximity of station. Friendly helpful staff. Good German breakfast.

Poor shower, room rather drab.

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Compact, clean and comfortable room. Quiet surroundings. Substantial breakfast - wide choice. Very close to Dom, good shopping areas and main train station.

The hotel was very grotty on the outside, and not very clean on the inside. We are not a fussy couple, but it did smell in the rooms, and when we opened the windows it was very noisy with the trains. The good thing was the breakfast. That was really nice, but the whole hotel needs upgrading.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was very good and was served till late. I could leave my luggage in the foyer on the day of my departure.

There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. It was quite cramped and the bathroom light switch was faulty, flickering on and off.
