Rooms clean and spacious Breakfast was good

staff were very friendly, breakfast was great, room very clean, extra bed and cot request was already made up. welcome chocolate on every pillow which made the children feel special (hid the baby's chocolate and ate it myself), staff recommendation for dinner was the chinese restaurant 100m away which was fantastic, wooden playground 50-100m from hotel entrance was magical for 2 boys

The hotel was a joint hotel with maximillion and that is where our room was. We weren't disappointed as it was lovely and had a kitchenette which we weren't expecting but might confuse some people.

Great spot on the town. Good stopping place to continue your travel to you final destination

Nothing, really.

Everything was great, the room extremely spacious and well equipped. It was quiet and extremely comfortable with good [free] Wifi, TV etc.

Parking was very difficult on the Saturday afternoon before Christmas!! It is a public car park for a large shopping centre.

We liked the big room (an appartment for 3 persons) and the breakfast included on the price. The staff was kind and helpful.

Is not easy to found the hotel as there is not a big panel to show it. In fact is a part of a building with appartments and shopping centre.

Everything is perfect

excellent location justןמ the city center and very close to BASEL (2 min). Free WiFi and free parking !! the hotel located in a big shopping mall , in the 7th floor. Wonderful view and very big size room, and well equipped . the staff is very polite and very helpful , suggested good restaurants and attractions for us . very good breakfast. overall just great !!

The price and cleanliness

As grandparents traveling with an 8 year old, we had a huge room! Buffet breakfast was a delight. The parking garage made the hotel accessible,

Very comfortable room and good bathroom. Location, on the Rhine river was good for us with fine view over the river. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful.

Bedroom got very hot at night with no way to cool it.

As a motorbiker the parking facilities were not described as part of a shopping centre car park. We were concerned for the security of our bikes

We appreciated the vaste and comfortable room, the cleanness and also the great view from the 6th floor. The easy access, the free parking and also the well served breakfast buffet are pretty positive points.

The only negative point was indeed the lack of air conditioning, the day we stayed there there were around 30° centigrade by day and during the night the temperature didn't go very much below... We left the balcony doors open to get some fresh, but since the hotel is at a very busy street, the noise was annoying, so we closed them again...

What an incredible value! We had a quad room for the four of us and the suite came with a bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom and a huge room with a double bed and living room. Location is ideal. No problems finding the hotel as mentioned in other posts. Very clean and spacious. Fantastic breakfast. Excellent and efficient checkin and checkout by very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Extra fan for the second bedroom would be nice.

Confusing entrance. The hotel is above a shopping mall. Parking is in the mall garage. We arrived on a Sat afternoon and it took us about 30 mins to find the entrance, ask about parking, find parking and then find our way back to the hotel. Fortunately, on Sunday when the mall was closed parking was no longer a problem.

The hotel was very nice and clean and appeared as if new. The staff friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was top notch and included in the price. We chose this hotel as we were taking a river cruise on Viking and the location was close to the dock. However, though close, it took a taxi ride to get there. All in all we have no complaints about the hotel. For those contemplating staying there, the hotel is on the 6th floor. The entrance is the door to the left of the entrance to the shopping mall.

Really , I have no complaints about the hotel. We did visit Basel, and there was a bit of a learning curve using the public transportation to get there from the hotel. The upside to staying in the city of Basel is the free public transportation vouchers given out by all the city hotels. Thus staying on the German side, this was an extra cost for us.
