Free parking, although the parking place was very small and not enough for all the guests of the hotel. The hotel doesn't have a lift. The rooms could be cleaner. I suggest the hotel should provide some insecticide in the rooms, as our room was full of mosquitos and there were also many of them already dead on the ceiling, killed by previous guests.

It was a very nice hotel to stay in. Room is clean, warm and spacious. The hotel is in 20 minutes walk from the downtown, or you can use the tram or the bus - the stop is directly near the hotel. We were glad to stay there. We didn't try the breacfast.

I stayed 1 night in this hotel on my way to the holiday destination. As I booked on half price, it was great value for money. Very easy to find and close to the motorway A3.

Both checking in and checking out were fast and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. When booking via booking.com, I used my amex card to make the reservation. At the hotel, my request to use another form of payment was denied on the grounds that I had booked on-line with amex.

расположение удобное, своя парковка во дворе, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. т. к. мы приходили только спать нас все устраивало. номера небольшие, но есть все что нужно. завтраки мягко говоря скудноваты, но в соседнем здании распологается кафе известной сети "дер бек", там предлагается несколько видов завтраков за умеренные деньги + изобилие пицы, разных бутербродов и сладостей. также в 3-х минутах ходьбы торговый центр edeka, при нем очень приличное кафе. еще, когда мы ездили с утра в центр, завтракали в старинной колбасной (еда там отменная), но это в основном "мужской" завтрак.

Das Haus war sauber, das Personal freundlich. Das wichtigste: es lag 100 m von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt; am Rand der Innenstadt war man in 3 Fahrminuten. Das angekündigte Restaurant war geschlossen.

Service war gut und hilfreich Hatte Nichtraucher bestellt und Raucher bekommen. Man hat mich dann aber in ein Nichtraucher Doppelzimmer verlegt. Matratze war fürchterlich (weich). Zimmer war gut.

sehr ruhig, einfach aber sauber, drei sitzmöglichkeiten im zimmer - sonst oft weniger, gutes restaurant, kein aufzug (da gehbehindert), sehr freundliche bedienung. lag für unser ziel ausgesprochen günstig

Die zentrale Lage. Ist sehr gut angebunden an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetzwerk. Das Personal kennt sich ganz offensichtlich in Nürnberg nicht wirklich gut aus.

Esti erkezeskor a vacsora mar nem volt, a hotelben nem volt lift, a masodik emeletre igen nehez volt a csomagokat felcipelni. A reggeli is csak akkor volt elerheto, amennyiben meg elozo este eldontjuk. A foglalaskor megallapitott ar 60 euro volt, megis, tavozaskor 75 eurot kellett kifizetnunk, holott nem vacsoraztunk, nem reggeliztunk.

“The staff were very good in offering the opportunity to speak english (my mother language), though I persisted in talking German, and they were very patient and understanding while I talked!! (Im in Germany completing a languge course, so I understand well but speak not so well!). It was very busy at breakfast and they had a fair array of food available.
