Very nice, clean and modern. Parking by the hotel, check in possible to do also on the prohe. They will then give you a doorcode that lets you into the hotel and you room. So no key card nesessary. Brilliant for a quick lay over! And the rooms had a very nice design.

Friendly staff. Proximity to bus stop (200m) that goes to nearby Wannasee station. McDonalds is nearby (400m). Late auto check-in with booking.com reference number didn;t work. It was 2am :-(. Luckily there was a room available. So I made a new booking and checked-in with that. Next morning he front desk staff sorted it out and even gave free internet for the nights we stayed. Coffee opens up at 6:30am. If they could make that 24 hours would have been nice.

All new, clean, quiet, no frill, non smoke, out in the country. Next to the Autobahn ment 20 min to Berlin center. not enough parking lots for a hotel reacheable by car only.

Der Zimmercode war auf jeder Quittung von der Bar mit darauf gestanden, auch bei Barbezahlung. Es war kein Problem eine andere Zimmernummer anzugeben und somit hatte ich den Zimmercode vom anderem Zimmer. Das finde ich ein großer Sicherheitsmangel.

hotel sin lujos pero muy práctico. Estancia agradable. En coche está a un par de minutos del pueblo donde encuentras tanto supermercados como restaurantes. habitación amplia y cómoda. el parking siempre lleno. El baño pequeño.

Uitstekend gelegen, met goede bus- en S-Bahnverbindingen naar de binnenstad. Goede service in het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, dat is tegenwoordig wel eens wat anders.

Modern, eenvoudig,strak, simpele regels en procedures, rustige ligging. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Autobaan is op twee minuten afstand. Compleet ontbijt. Bij aankomst bleek er een kamer vrij met een tweepersoonsbed in plaats van gescheiden bedden. Deze werd ons direct aangeboden bij aankomst. Veel foldermateriaal voor uitstapjes in de directe en minder directe omgeving. Te weinig parkeerruimte voor de gasten. De airco ontvocht teveel of is niet schoon genoeg. Als je de airco uitzet en het raam open hoor je de snelweg. Lcd tv hangt aan een lucifer (!). Vanaf ooghoogte ligt hier en daar stof. In de badkamer is van de douchekop de stelknop afgebroken. De witte kit is op verscheidene plekken geel.

Das Tollste waren für mich das stets freundliche, motivierte und außerordentlich hilfsbereite Personal. Auch die Kaffeeauswahl zum preisgünstigen und sehr ordentlichen Frühstück war eine sehr angenehme überraschung.

Wir wurden gleich beim Einchecken gefragt, ob wir zur Schlössernacht möchten und uns wurden gleich Informationen zum Verkehr nach und von Potsdam gegeben. Das war sehr aufmerksam. Eigentlich hat alles gefallen. Nur noch ein Hinweis. Im Zimmer 214 sollte mal der Schlauch der Braus in der Dusche gewechselt werden, dieser ist stark gequetscht.

L'exceptionnelle amabilité du personnel. La qualité du petit déjeuner. Le design de la chambre et le rapport qualité/prix. Difficulté de parcage même en dehors de la zone de l'hôtel par grande affluence.
