Very friendly staff at the reception (especially Tina) and at breakfast; comfotrable beds; spacious room; very close to Hauptbahnhof and public transport stops and subway. The hotel was probably a true 4-star hotel about 30 years ago. Old-fashioned. Heating did not seem to work so the room temperature, especially in the bathroom, was somewhat below comfortable. Cosmetic mirror was on the wall opposite the main bathroom mirror, attached in such a way that only a very tall woman could comfortable use it, and it did not have a sufficient light for its purpose. |

it was comfortable and quiet despite the fact that it was located near the Hauptbahnhof and a street. I think it is a general problem with hotel staff and not typical for this hotel, but the staff could be a little more welcoming! |

Good location, good friendly and helpful staff, quiet clean rooms, though not 4*, but very comfortable Actually not a hotel problem, (even a plus to hotel staff) but a hint to those who travel by car - the nearest parking is not open 24 hours - they are closed 00-00 (or 2-00) till 7-00, but staff was helpful in parking a car right in the street close to hotel for the night before our early (4-00) departure. |
