The room was lovely decorated, though not very big, it includes all necessities. The lake view was wonderful. We spent sometimes walking along the claim lake and enjoyed the time much. If you are looking for some quiet locations, this is a good choice for you. Just a few minutes drive will take to the fussen centre and main attractions nearby. It will be a perfect choice for me if i visit fussen again.

-Surprised me: the host call my name when I arrived. -Helpful: the host showed me in and very kindly to introduce surround restaurants with FREE map. -Convenient: FREE wife\bottle of water\coffee&tea break. -Sweet: the host prepared breakfast for me because I checked very early (unfortunately I forgot to take it). -Plus: free chat with the host (couple) like friends.

A great location for exploring the area around Fussen. The mountain drives were especially spectacular this time of year. The hotel owners and staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The location is great, but parking is limited and costs extra.

I enjoyed the tranquility, the house was beautiful and cosy, great views, great staff, I wish i could have stayed there longer!!!

Great lake view, friendly staff, served us champagne at breakfast when they found out it was our wedding anniversary! They truly went out of their way to be helpful.

Lugar muito tranquilo e confortável. Como cheguei à noite,  a chave do quarto estava numa caixa de correios logo na entrada, com um cartão de boas vindas. No quarto, todas as instruções e horários e a maneira de se conectar à web. Também tinha a chave da copa-cozinha onde pude adquirir um lanche, deixando o dinheiro sobre a mesa. Tudo na plena confiança do serf-service. Só encontrei alguém do hotel na manhã seguinte durante o café, aliás muito bem servido e farto. Recomendo.

Our hostess and host, Simone and Michael, are very hospitable and accommodating to special needs.

Upon check-in, the owner helped us with our bags and gave us suggestions on where to go for dinner. One member of our party did not want to stay in the single occupancy room we booked, and the owner showed us the other rooms available and allowed us to make changes on the spot, while giving us the preferred room rates shown on Booking.com. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean and very warm and inviting. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning, and it is easily accessible from the resort (just a few steps down the path). Breakfast was simple, clean, and delicious, in an adorable setting. Each family had their own table. Parking is convenient and on-site right in front of the resort's front doors. I would definitely come back and stay here again!!

The location and staff were excellent. Cannot believe how beautiful the area was. Although there was no dinner service two resturants, Itialian/German) are in walking distance. Breakfast was served and a good variety.

Cash only, parking was tight and a little dangerous being on the road when you pack and un-pack or try and leave.

Beautiful lakeside scene, nice & warm staffs, very quite & easy.

Friendly & attentive owner operators who thought of everything you would need. Hotel is very comfortable, except our room overlooked the road so was a bit noisy, with traffic (including trucks) late at night & early in the morning. This was the only negative in our short stay - wish we had longer - would definitely pay for room overlooking the lake next time.

Its a shame when we bought a room with a balcony that we got it overlooking the road not the lake. Be careful here!

The room was nice, the breakfasts were very good, and the view from our balcony of the lake and mountains was fantastic. Close to Fussen which has an interesting walkable old town with restaurants and shops. Nearby to Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles which are must sees.

Staff were friendly and had a lot of great ideas for traveling, sightseeing and relaxing here and around the area. Wonderful breakfast, gorgeous scenery and a quiet atmosphere. The restaurant across the street was very nice for dinner! Very accessible by bus to the castles nearby. Would DEFINITELY go back.

Not really a negative but just be prepared that it is in the countryside - outside of town. Not too long of a taxi ride/bus ride (the bus DOES go by the place but at the time I write this it is not listed on the bus info map/sign). Taxi ride was about 15 Euro.

We had a wonderful stay here and would have liked to stay longer. Our room had a lovely view over the lake and to the surrounding mountains. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and modern with a great shower. We had one of the best breakfasts on our trip and our hostess was knowledgeable and friendly.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They remember your name and truly care about the experience of your stay. The rooms were well decorated and very clean. It has a very nice patio and terraced garden with lounge chairs overlooking the see. Extremely great experience

Loved the room overlooking the lake and mountains. The breakfast was very good, with excellent waitress. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

Maid came in to make-up the room one day without knocking first. Fortunately we were dressed! Maid service could be improved-did not refill coffee during our stay and went without clean towels one day. We still had a wonderful stay, though, and the lovely waitress for breakfast made up for what was lacking with the maid service.

The owners and staff were wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating to needs. We loved the garden! The atmosphere was one of being at home.
