Comfortable room. Swimming pool. A 5 minute walk from the old town. The breakfast at €19 is dear. There are many cafe's in town where a reasonable breakfast is to be had.

The hotel is convenient to the center of Dresden (Old Town). Parking is convenient (garage under the hotel or open lot in the back). The hotel clerks were friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Plenty of choices at breakfast. I've stayed here twice and would again. Great location for the Christmas Market! Breakfast is pricey for adults, but kids are free (not sure of the age limit) so that helped.

Everything was excellent. I was satisfied with the service and the breakfast. The location is perfect as well. I am going to recommend the hotel to my friends.

We overnighted with 3 kids, two of those were under six years old and we were very pleased with the hotel. We used the pool, which is located under the hotel and had a nice relaxing swim after touring the old-city in Dresden. We took the train into Dresden and a cab to the Dorint Hotel, which is very close to the train station but not within walking diastance with three kids. The cab cost about 10 Euros. The old city Dresden is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel and on the other side of the hotel is a beautiful park. The pool area is designed more for adults and older kids than for young kids. My 11 and 5 year olds had a great time, but the 2 year old slipped on the extremely slippery area around the pool and hit is head. That is the only negative from our stay.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in allen Bereichen, Zimmer und Hotel sehr sauber, gut gelegen, Altstadt in 10 min zu Fuss oder mit Strassenbahn (Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel) erreichbar, reichhaltiges Frühstück, hatten Zimmer zum Innenhof -sehr ruhig, Wellnessbereich. Bad sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet aber Duschvorhang ist nicht mehr State of the Art, Wasserkocher im Zimmer sollte regelmäßig entkalkt und gereinigt werden (das ist leider ein Schwachpunkt in vielen Hotels), kostenpflichtiges WLAN, keine österreichischen Sender im TV.

Der Pool im Keller hat besonders den Kindern gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlch. Das Frühstück war klasse! !0 min zu Fuß bis zum Altmarkt/ Frauenkirche und Co! 19€ fürs Frühstück.

Ausgesprochen gut geschultes und freundliches Personal, denken mit, behalten die Übersicht. Sehr kompetent. Preise für Nebenleistungen erscheinen mit zu hoch (5,00 € für 0,5 l Mineralwassser in der Hotelbar, Internetzugang, Parken 12 €/Tag). Das Frühstück (16,00 €) entsprach nicht dem Preis.
