I like the hotel, as it is attached to Airport. That is the main reason of having this hotel. The pelow in the rooms are very soft

Right at the terminal.Location is very good for an airport hotel. Rooms were very small and the heating was not working.Room was really very cold.We could not sleep normally.Definetly it is not worth the money paid.Furnitires look old also.

The location is very convenient. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower was in poor condition. The shower head fell off and severely bruised my foot.

Very conveniently located vs. Dusseldorf Messe and the airport; perfect for my purpose during this trip I would have liked to have: - free internet in the room (not only in the lobby); - a choice for an ergonomic pillow - warmer room (even with the radiator on max it still felt a bit cold)

Good rooms, friendly staff. We chose the hotel because of its location close to the airport as we got the early morning flight. Exactly for this reason the hotel turned out to be excellent: one minute downstairs by the elevator and u are in the airport. Moreover the hotel is quite good for the purpose of sightseeing and shopping as you can take the there is a train running from the airport to the central station of dusseldorf for only 2.5 euro per person, 12 minutes and u will be in the very city. The main shopping streets are about 15 minutes walk from the station. As a result we like the hotel very much. We were totally disappointed by the dinner in the hotel"s restaurant, next time we will eat somewhere in the city for sure.

very near to the airport, excellent for those who have a early flight next morning, like we did. The room is quiet and comfortable. The price of the room was very fair, but when we went to the restaurant (in such a big hotel they have only one restaurant) we were quite astonished of the prices per dishes. In particular, the most surprising thing was the price of a bottle of water. They made us pay 8,80 Eur for a 0,75 l bottle of still water, which was approximately the 14& of the whole dinner and the 10% of the price of the room for one night!!! That's really too unproportionate and unfair!! As drinking water is one of the most basic needs of people, they should not take advantage of it and make people so much for that!! So before leaving the airport and going to this hotel make sure you have with you water enough for all your stay. As to the room, the hair dryer does not work after a while you use it, so that you have to wait a bit before finishing drying your hair. We were two in the room and they provided us with only one bath robe.

Professional staff, clean and service all according to standards. Very old fashioned interior. A lifting to improve the room furniture could not do any harm. Easy access from airport terminal, but not with car. Internet requires extra charge.

I stayed in a room where the dust on the furniture, tv and bathroom was not cleaned for weeks. The throne was dirty, and even after I complained at the receiption about this they still haven't clean it properly. Rust arrond the tap and shower. When I am paying a 4 stars hotel I'm expeciting 4 starts conditions. I will never book a room again to this drain corner, and I would never recommend it.

The location at two minutes walking distance from the arrivals terminal at Dusseldorf Airport is most convenient for a one-night stay not involving going into the city. The rooms are comfortable but drab looking. Dinner in Otto restaurant was good and the breakfast buffet had all that one could wish. All the staff were most helpful.

If I book an hotel that is part of a group I expect them all to have the same level of standard, apparently the Sheraton doesn't, which to me is a big no go! Btw, same with the Hilton!!!

Just inside the airport. Many italian tv channels available. The price is too high compared to the offer of the hotel, even if it is a Sheraton, but is into the airport building! Breakfast too espensive.
