Very friendly personal. Transfer to airport each 30 minutes. Good bar and meals.

It was value for money. Despite arriving late there was still a good restaurant available and even a bar that opens till 1am. The room was big and comfortable.

Very good location.Free transport.Clean rooms. Small free breakfast and Coffee. And finally we did not had to pay for the 1 night parking. Excelent service !

This stay was efficient and friendly. They were extra nice about their parking.

Convenience, pick up at airport

I was given (after asking) a non-smoking room which smelled of (old) smoke and had an ash tray.

I use this hotel because of itsservice and clenliness and it has a good shuttle connection to the airport.It is in a quite place and is a very quite hotel.The breakfast is excellent and was ample and the hotel rate was good.

Convenient location near the Dusseldorf airport and city center. Very clean, comfortable and great room size, beds and pillow choices. Staff was most accommodating to carry bags up check-in night & down the next morning and I might add very promptly. Breakfast served at 6am which was good for early flights. Also had 2 extra continental breakfasts set up in lobby for anyone not wanting the full breakfast. Very impressive. Full breakfast had great choices to meet every need.

Looked like grout in bath could have been updated. Lack of elevator was a downside with luggage.

It is a very comfortable hotel with a large and assorted open buffet breakfast.

It is in a place not easy to access with out a taxi cab.

Although the hotel facilities are good and the room rates are convenient. The overall experience was very negative. There were three mayor factors for this: i) Room was not very clean and there was an urine odor that dissipated after some time, ii) restaurant serves priced reheated food - buffet menu was the only option at 14.50 euro per person, with regular cokes for 4.50. So a dinner for two was 40 euros (significantly higher than a normal restaurant in Germany) and the quality was below any acceptable standard (it tasted as if the food was prepared in the morning and was served for dinner). Breakfast is 18 euros per person, iii) international calls and internet are very expensive too, 6 min for 24 euros or 17 for a wireless connection.
