Score from 780 reviews Very good
Staff was very rude, internet was not available for free, food is not flexible, no much choices, we had emergency case and they refused to help at all because the terms and condition was not to change and no refund.
The Restaurant is good and so the breakfast
Room very small, breakfast to expensive (19 € per person!!)
Shuttle was good . Cleaness
Very rude staff, only one receptionist working in hotel, no bellboy or other staff to help you with luggage , no lift ONLY STAIRS , booked double bed but given twin room. AC IS WORST A.C in world nearly not working, no proper restaurant . Like 1* star hotel .
Clean room, good location
Room smelled of smoke, to warm in the room.
Bed and Bathroom & size of the room was o.k.
desk arrangement ,frontage not up to standard.Doubble room e.g.for 2 people but only one chair. No help with luggage to our room.
- Very comfortable bed - Clean - Free shuttlebus from/to airport - Good price
Close to airport. Transporting to airport was good Price was excellent
There are no minibar in the room .. Breakfast was poor
Breakfast. Very good quality.
There was no list of telephone numbers for room service, front desk, house keeping, etc. Air conditioning didn't work. Room was too hot. I was charged double for internet, but I used single time.
Sauna @ pool and didn't book for breakfast but complementary croissants and fruit with choice of beverages in reception for peeps leaving early excellent idea
Free airport shuttle, comfortable & clean room, English TV channels, good bar & room service.
it was really nice. the room was big and very clean. the bathroom was nice and clean. we got fresh towels every day. there was a big tv we could also watch. the bed is super comfortable and the front desk staff was very nice and helpfull
really far away from the city center. hard to find if you are not flying from the main airport. the food is super expecive there for the fact its mostly frozen.
comfortable beds and super breakfast
Location is close to the airport (5-10 min by taxi or shuttle). This is very convenient if you have a long transfer time between the flights. Free shuttle-bus from the hotel, but you should pre-order it at the reception. Nice, clean rooms with almost everything you need (except slippers).
Breakfast isn't included, you have to pay extra for it.
close to airport, very good breakfest, very friendly personal
This is very good value as a place for stopover, provided that one knows how to catch the free shuttle bus. The signposting at the airport is not helpful. From Arrivals, the trick is to find the Information Office. Take the exit directly opposite, walk in a straight line to P3, where the NRW Shuttle Office is easily found. They organise the rest. Hotel staff I found helpful and friendly. Otherwise, the rooms are a bit tired in decor, but clean and have all the usual Holiday Inn facilities.
Breakfast was a touch expensive for average quality.
Good priced stopover during a long layover. Transport from and back to the airport included in price.
Prices for food and drink high but that's your choice
Close to airport
Plain and not cozy, breakfast could be better, all hotel on one floor so walk from lobby to room was just too long, I would say almost 100mt. No free internet.
Good hotel and close to the supermarket, very quiet and the staff speak English.
Location to DUS Airport
Extreme costs for Breakfast and No free internet. Breakfast and internet were included in all other hotels and locations we stayed at during our Germany vacation.
The room and quick check in and check out
Breakfast for 19 euros
Excellent pillows and bed. Large bathroom. A very comfortable room even if a bit expensive for a quick night.
Did not get an answer from the hotel on how to take the free shuttle from the airport and had to hire a cab. Free return was easy. Be aware No food of any kind at 10 pm arrival. Breakfast looked great but cost of 18 euro too high and no other option. Price for an airport hotel high if you won't use the pools and are just sleeping the night.
Not a lot other than that we were leaving the next day. They did put the Grand Prix on for us on request while we sere stuck waiting for the airport shuttle
Wrong rooms - we booked twin rooms and were given double beds - we ended up each sharing a double bed with our grown up children because they could not share one - appalling!!! Room on first floor with no lift Advertised as convenient for city as well as airport but on Sunday it's over 1 and a half hours to the city centre by public transport or 30 euro each way by taxi "Restauant" only had one package for Breakfast 19.50 Each - take it or leave it - could not even buy a coffee on it's own! Told us about the airport shuttle, but not that we had to book it in advance - so we turned up for the 2pm only to be told we had to wait until 3pm
- charges for internet - weird interior design - at night, kind of felt like a cemetery
Location close to the airport, price
Bed was not comfortable, pillows were too soft. Interior bit dated. Sauna is just a cabin next to the hotel. Paying for internet in 2014 must be a joke, 5E per hour or 14E per day with a maximum of 250MB per session. Parking 9E while in the middle of nowhere. Parking signs in streets around the hotel were unclear to us. We parked saturday evening in a street nearby, and according to us the signs said it would be allowed. In the morning we had a ticket! How can it be that during a sunday (!) night it's not allowed to park in parking slots next to the street in an abandoned area. The only explanation I can guess at is that the hotel / town hall is dedicated to make you pay for the parking, either by paying the 9E or by giving a parking ticket. This is not a way to treat people.
Pool nice.there parking .store about 2 kms away
Internet highest costs I every encounter. They wanted change my 8 years old son 20 euro for piece bread for breakfast . Food and drinks Allmost double what you pay in that location.the hotel arranged to over charge on everything.
