Nothing special, just a normal chain hotel. Had the room at discount price and would not have paid more for it. The long corridor leading to the lift had a strong smell of fried food. |

The hotel was a great location for us. The staff was terrific. The facility was clean and offered good amenities. The hotel room air conditioner did not cool. When I bathe I like to use the small wash cloth to wash with. It was difficult for me to get them and I had to continually ask. I ran out of the hard soap by the third day and they did not leave more till I asked. The tub soft soap ran out on the fourth day and I just gave up asking for a refill. |

I liked the location few minutes from the Old Town (Altstadt) and close to shopping centers,the food was very good. |

The hotel is very centrally located and for a first time visitor to Dusseldorf, I could move around the city mainly on foot. |

Very good friendly staff at reception and a check out at 1pm, the latest I could find for a city center hotel. No gym - have to pay to use the local fitness club. |

Its proximity from down town makes it very conveniant to have a walking tour around the city center and old town. The staff is not friendly and it seems that they are short staffed. |

excellent breakfast, great location, room etc. acceptable. free international press at breakfast! charges for internet use. the decor and room size as well as toiletries and towel size do not correspond to 4 star standard, but the breakfast, the staff and the location make up for this, was satisfied with my choice. |

The location of the hotel, close to shopping areas and the trains, trams and buses. The breakfasts (hot and cold), bar snacks and dinners were excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble to them. I liked everything about this hotel. |
