Rooms are comfortable. Location is central. Staff is courteous.

This criticism is true for many hotels, not just this one. Although the basic price is already very expensive. Any additional service such as bottle of water or internet is charged extra. I did not expect it at this cost level. To compare, I stayed day after in another hotel in the country with similar comfort level where water, internet and even breakfest were included, all at less than third of the cost of this hotel.

The location is good. The breakfast was satisfactory. The furniture was new and decorated in minimalist style.

We could not sleep well.The bed was very uncomfortable. Later we realised that the room was designed as a single room for disabled person. When we check out, we complained about the bed and the lady at the reception argued that it is in line with the standarts which is 160 cm in minimum. We wanted her to measure the bed. When she measured, we have seen that the bed width was 140cm which is outside of the standart double bed. This was unbelievable that such a big chain hotel could offer us to sleep on a not standart bed. Later, they said that they made a mistake but I don't think that this is accetable as an excuse. At the end, we asked how they will compansate this "mistake". She offered to deduct 16 eur which is the internet fee. We asked her to check with her manager. We thought that the Manager will speak to us for giving his apologies but it was vain. We waited for 20 minutes for reply. She came and said that they will discount 25 eur per night. I believe that this would never compansate our unsleep night.

Convenient location, friendly staff, nice rooms in good state.

Had problems connecting to the Internet (WiFi), took long to solve them.

Just the location that everything is close by , not more comparing to it s price it is too much exageration with low profile.

Rooms are very poor , it is i believe 2star hotel not 4 . The services in general are very poor.

Good position near Konigsallee

Sauna doesn't work. 40°, no more. When I complained, the staff told me that the sauna works perfectly. Too expensive, but it's normal in Dusseldorf

Location was great. Front desk and restaurant personnel were great.

The people making up the room were not interested in doing a good job. Supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, towels) were not restocked, coffee cups not washed.

This Holiday Inn hotel is not up to the usual Holiday Inn standard. The pool is a far cry from the photo on the web. The lobby and entire design is poor, to get to the room we had to take several turns and corridors, and the non-smoking had not been observed in the rooms.

They didn’t have a safe box in room. That’s bit ridiculous since they have a note on every floor next to elevator that there is theft in Dussledorf.

Hotel was within walking distance of the main shopping street and the old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great location and the staff were generally very friendly.

The Hotel was far too hot, and there was little which could be done to cool the rooms other than to open the windows. Unfortunately, as there is a busy tram line outside the Hotel, starting at 5am, this was not a good option for sleeping.

The hotel is comfortable and very well located. The buffet breakfast is excellent.

There should be tea/ coffee facilities is the rooms.
