Nice and clean room. A very comfortable bed,which was one double and not two seperate beds. Close to the main train station. We really felt we did a bargain when we bought this room. The shower was a bit broken, but it worked. A bit far from the old town. |

The quietness and the spaciousaness of the room There was no breakfast in the room price and I thought €14 expensive for breakfast in the hotel. If breakfast was invcluded this is a great hotel. |

Hotel position, check-out staff Check-in staff (the man with mustakes). When I arrive don't say hello, just tell me my reservation was cancelled (becuae I arrive later then 6PM!!). For information completness he solves the prblem 10 minutes later giving me a smoking room (instead of my no-smoking prefrence) with a quite noisy fan. |

Being close to Alt Stadt, close to public transportatio. Nice serving staff. Perfect nice luttle schops in neirbourhood... I had to lieve Dusseldorf on fourth day instead on fift and it was wery bad experience... No money back!!! My housband hwo booked with booking.com several times was shocked with this treatment... |

OK, clean room and good breakfast. Everything worked fine. Big plus for a public transportation ticket including room price. Excellent idea! I booked one non-smoking room and one for smokers. The rooms were mixed and I as a non-smoker got smoker's room and my colleague as smoker non-smoking room. We noticed that just in breakfast, but it was not a big deal for one night's stay. |

The hotel is conveniently located within 2 min walk from the Dessedort main train station and subway/metro. It allowed easy transportation to the city center ( only 3 metro stops) and around. For railway travelers it's no-cost to get to the hotel as you walk (even with luggage) to the hotel. Cleaning staff didn't check/notice that there was no shower gel in the bathroom and took them 30 min to provide it. |

Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Front desk was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is not the best. It is a little rundown and dirty. However, we felt safe walking there after dark, and there were a number of restaurants within a couple of blocks. |

Very clean, very quiet, excellent staff, wonderful breakfast, amazing location in downtown, good receptionist support about town related questions. Reception should provide city maps for tourists, the same page as the Tourist Information Office offers near railway station. A short but complete explanation of the various transportation networks around would be useful. Availability of a luggage weight scale. |

This hotel is very central, just 5 min. walk from the train station. The staff are courteous and obliging, rooms are spacious and spotless. There are no toiletries. We did not have breakfast The restaurant was not open, however there are plenty of eateries nearby |

This year I was very dissapointed by leaving at this hotel because I was three days and they never chainged us towels and sheets, we had to asked for it and the answer from the reseptionist was that they have chainged them and I don't have understand it. (We were 5 friends leaving at the same days and thats all happend to all of us.) Clean, service. |

Excellent location. Free transport ticket. Lovely breakfast. Smiling but unhelpful desk staff. I asked one girl how to find the opera. She did not know. Nor did she make any attempt to find out. Later, I asked where I could find a supermarket. The girl did not know and, again, made no attempt to find out. |

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en correct. Tijdens je verblijf kan je gratis reizen met de tram, metro en bus middels een kaartje dat je van het hotel krijgt tevens kun je in de parkeergarage met 50% korting parkeren. |
