Lage des Hotels: 5 min zum Hbf, 10 min. Zum Zoo Duisburg. Viele Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hoteleingang. Dz 122 und 124 muten als Suiten an. Die Ankleidekammer mit geräumigen Schrank, Kleiderbügeln und Sitzablage verbindet das große Bad (nur Dusche, keine Wanne) mit dem geräumigen Zimmer im grauen Design und vielfältigen separaten Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten. Vorhänge verdunkeln zuverlässig. Doppelbetten sind groß mit bequemen Matratzen. Dz waren absolut sauber und boten ausreichend Service (Handseife und Duschseife aus großem Spender, Fön, Steckdose, riesiger Badspiegel mit Vergrößerung, Kleenextücher, wc- Papier auf Vorrat, Zimmersafe, reichhaltig bestückte Minibar (Schokolade, Knabbersnacks, Bier, Wein, Spirituosen,Cola, Wasser und Saft) Schreibtisch, Sessel, Nachtablage mit Steckdosen, großer Wandspiegel mit Kleiderhaken für Garderobe). Tv Gerät veraltet, aber voll funktionstüchtig. Das Frühstück verdient 5 Sterne (!!!): reichhaltig und vielfältig bis ins Detail. Alles gab es in zig Sorten: frisches Brot, Brötchen, Butter frisch, Wurst, Schinken, Käse, Marmeladen in Gläsern, Müsli, Obst, Gemüse, Säfte, Kaffee, Tee, Stilles Wasser, Sprudelwasser bis hin zu Mozarella, Meerrettich und Lachs. Rührei sowie Kaffeespezialitäten wie Latte Macchiato wurden frisch zubereitet und am Platz serviert. Tische waren absolut nobel eingedeckt. Besser geht´s nicht ! Bezahlung wahlweise mit ec Karte/Kreditkarte möglich. Wlan / Internetzugang in der Lobby. Stornierung der Buchung wäre bis 18:00 Uhr am Anreisetag kostenlos möglich gewesen. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Extrawünsche werden sofort erfüllt. Wir finden alles zusammen ein perfekter Service! Herzlichen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gern wieder! Kleine Mankos: dz 122 ist hellhörig. Wenn jemand im Haus duscht, rauscht die Wasserleitung. Zudecken sind etwas dünn. Mein Duschhandtuch war löchrig.

Het hotel ligt korte loopafstand van het centrum, het ontbijt is keurig verzorgd, onze kamer was ruim en superschoon. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een heel goed hotel om te overnachten als je gaat winkelen in Duisburg.

Goede ligging t.o.v. Het centrum. Uitstekend ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel Lawaaierige ventilatie in de douche. Kamer niet gezellig. Felle lampen. Nog geen lcd tv.

Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor een dagje winkelen in Duisburg. Winkelstraat is dichbij op loopafstand. Voor andere activiteiten is de metro om de hoek. Kleine parkeerplaats vlakbij hotel (€8.00 p/d). Wij vonden het heel prettig dat wij daar 's morgens onze auto al konden parkeren. Kamer netjes en schoon. Ontbijt was goed en alles zag er verzorgd uit. Restaurant en pizzeria op een paar meter vanaf het hotel. Kussens waren veel te slap en te zacht. Geen koffie-en theefaciliteiten op de slappkamer.

Bij Ferrotel is de service goed. Bij vergeten van de sleutels moet je goed weten waar het andere hotel staat. Verder word je goed geholpen. Nogmaals we hebben een fijn weekend en de volgende keer komen we graag terug.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück. Nicht gefallen kann man nicht sagen. Es ist einfach früh am Morgen etwas laut wenn man ein Zimmer zur Strasse hat.
