This family-run, 3-star hotel occupies a pretty building in the Baltic seaside health resort of Zinnowitz, on the island of Usedom, just 200 metres from the lovely, wide beach. After a good night's sleep in the Hotel Dünenschloss's comfortable rooms, wake up to a delicious breakfast buffet. This is included in your room price. Spend a day in the sun on the beach, and unwind in the sauna after. If the sun isn't shining, you can always work on your tan in one of the solariums. Dine on tasty homemade specialities in the Dünenschloss restaurant. Enjoy a fresh draught beer or selected wine to compliment your dinner. Lage perfekt für Strandurlaub !!! Zimmer ok. Mitarbeiter eher unpersönlich, keine Verbindlichkeit, viel Routine, sehr schade!!! Auf meine Frage zum Frühstück ein Spiegelei zu bekommeng gabs den freundlichen Hinweis, das geht leider nicht, dann würde ja jeder diesen Service in Anspruch nehmen wollen!!! Servicewüste Dünenschloß. Schlechte Mitarbeiterschulung!!!Schleppender Frühstücksservice. Brötchen gegen 10.00 Uhr nichts für Gebissträger. Fazit eher nicht befriedigend.

Die Lage und vor allen Dingen der Preis. Wir waren vom 01.08..-05.08.2012 im Hotel für 59 Euro das Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück! Hatte auch erst im Juli gebucht, waren wohl die falschen Preise zu diesem Zeitpunkt auf der Internetseite laut dem Herrn an der Rezeption.

Die Lage war für meine Entscheidung wichtig. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war bestens. Mit dem im Hotel angebotenen Fahrrad mit 7-Gang Nabenschaltung kann man als geübter Radfahrer auch gut eine lange Strecke schaffen, allerdings versagt die Nabenschaltung bei Steigungen. WLAN Nutzung war gut möglich. Da bei schönem Wetter sehr viele Urlauber in Zinnowitz ist, sollte man lieber auf dem angemieten Parkplatz bleiben, sofern man nicht direkt im Hotel einen der wenigen Parkpl. nutzen kann.

Die sehr gute Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Zum Strand war es nicht weit. Es gab viele Möglichkeiten mit den Kindern auch preiswert zu essen, d.h. nicht unbedingt in der Gaststätte, sondern auch im "Imbiss" mit richtigem Mittagessen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Viel Abwechslung durch Veranstaltungen, wie z.B. Kapsertheater oder Spiele mit Clown Pelli liessen den Urlaub für die Kinder nie langweilig werden.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr gerne wieder ! Leider nicht genügend Parkplätze Wir mußten eine Nacht außerhalb parken für 12 Euro !!! Dies liegt wohl an der Stadtverwaltung !!!!
