Conveniently located within a short walk to Konigsalle and Alt Stadt, as well as the train station. The hotel staff is very helpful. |

when i was eating my breakfast and i didnt like the egg because it was done since morning they remove it and make anew egg it is little far to shopping area (( In order to reach the the shopping center you needs to reflect 3 intersections of the streets )) and too much far to old town ,,and the price of the staying it was too much for this hotel,,, |

Close to rail station and 15 minute walk to the Alt stadt makes the locatoin ideal. The inclusive travel pass was excellent. |

I have stayed at this hotel before so knew what to expect in the terms of comfort, standard and location and wasn't disappointed, a good value hotel. Didn't have the breakfast, thought it was too expensive when you can get similar for half the price in the department stores. |

We stayed just for 2 nights, but I can say that this Hotel was a really good choice - clean, friendly stuff, good location, nice and clean rooms. So I can assure that this is a good choice. |

The room was expensive considering the size. The air conditioning did not work properly. The room was not cleaned on one of the days. |

I enjoyed the gummy bear packages left on the pillow on the first night, it is a nice alternative to a chocolate. The room was comfortable and the staff was always very helpful. |

Very friendly staff, convenient location, clean, but the real bonus is the public transport free ticket card. Excellent hotel for its price. I think they should offer free wi-fi access. It would be very useful since the hotel is very convenient for business trips. |

The staff was nice and tried to be helpful, but were very young and lacked proper training The booking was only found after I showed my copy. At first the receptionist said we had no booking. Somebody seems to have booked our arrival at the wrong day. |

The rooms are very well presented and welcoming. I was very pleased with the way it was decorated and laid out, and felt very comfortable. I booked a double room for two people and would have preferred a double bed rather than two twin beds. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was very quiet considering the hotel is on a city road with a tram line - yes, my room was on the road side of the hotel. Very clean, light and airy. Easy to find from the railway station, and easy to walk in to town. Loads of options nearby for meals. Agree with another reviewer about the pillows... |

Great location with regards to train station and a 10-15 min walk to restaurants/bars/shops. Hotel staff very friendly, helpful and informative. Helped us sort out travel arrangements to another city, which was free of charge to travel due to the travel ticket given on arrival which gives free travel on trams, buses & trains. Rooms are basic but clean, ideal for city breaks |

The hotel is very good for the price. Its really good for a quick overnight or weekend stay. It's walking distance to the shops & bars of the old town Pillows! Dreadful! |

The service and staff were excellent. The rooms were spacious with large windows and high ceilings and was kept impeccably clean. Every request was catered for by the staff on reception who spoke excellent English. The free travel pass was great and real bonus about staying at the hotel. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel, but the breakfast room/restaurant was extremely pleasant, with a nice outdoor terrace and both are very stylish. My only slight issue with the hotel was that the twin single beds, although very comfortable, were a little narrow. |

The reception staff were extremely helpful when we arrived. We were not able to check-in early as our room wasn't ready, but we were able to leave our luggage in reception whilst we explored the city. Location to Alstadt and Hbf were spot on. |
