The Hotel was conventient to the Train station. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I was grateful that the staff allowed me to check-in 3 hours early and leave my bag in the room, eventhough the room was not yet cleaned. As a solo traveller, there was no single option available, and I had to book a double room. |

Really well positioned for both the train station and the shops. Only a few minutes away from the restaurants in the centre but a good few restaurants and bars around the hotel. The breakfast had a good choice. I was quite cold the first night even though I fiddled with the thermostat. Second night was warmer. There was only one pillow in the room which was very thin and gave me a bad neck - I really needed a second one. |

More english TV programs. Create ecofriendly services - it's no necessary to change towels every day, posibilities to control temperature in the room and bathroom - may be it was some problem with aircondition. |

Close to main station and town centre. Near to public transport + opportunity to pay for room including public transport card for the period of the stay. We have booked the room a month before with the request for non-smoking room, but when we arrived, there was no such. It was auwful to stay a night in smoked-up room. However, on the next day we received a new room on a 2nd floor - it was really comfortable and nice. |

Liked its convenient situation for shopping, Christmas markets and main railway station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Reception staff were extremely pleasant helpful. Just wish there had been tea making facilities in the room. |

when i was eating my breakfast and i didnt like the egg because it was done since morning they remove it and make anew egg it is little far to shopping area (( In order to reach the the shopping center you needs to reflect 3 intersections of the streets )) and too much far to old town ,,and the price of the staying it was too much for this hotel,,, |

I have stayed at this hotel before so knew what to expect in the terms of comfort, standard and location and wasn't disappointed, a good value hotel. Didn't have the breakfast, thought it was too expensive when you can get similar for half the price in the department stores. |
