Decent location by the river.

Cramped bathroom, felt as though we were in a prison cell.

Sorry, the place had no wi fi, no good tv channels, I paid euro 140 per night for 2 nights. However, I wud not select if had known that will be missing wifi and tv channeld + beleived it was a apartmetn hotel and not just one stand alone apartment. Thsi was not very clear. Will not use your service in future

As this is just apartment, it is good for travelers who want to enjoy living in Frankfurt shortly. I stayed single room for 17 nights. It has enough space and furniture: a desk, a chair, closets and a bet. Although the kitchen is small, there were a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a fry pan, pots, dishes, glasses, cup, knives, forks, spoons and a corkscrew. There were some foods, soft drinks, seasonings and fruits. Location is very good. Both two stations of tram and U-Bahn are within 5 min. By walk. Also one can walk to Frankfurt-Hbf station within 10 min..

There were only small kitchen knives. I wanted lager one. I stayed single room with no river view. As there is no shutter out of window, it must be too bright to sleep in early morning in summer. But it was no problem for me because of winter. It seems that river view rooms have shutters.

Location was perfect for the Christmas market. Very clean and quiet.

Tidy apartment, but clean and well equipped, including food stuff (fruits, jams, milk, butter, bread, cereals, tea, coffee, etc). Very friendly. Central location, just on Main river bank, many attractions can be reached walking 10 - 20 minutes (including shopping malls, main train station, Opera) Definitely value for money.

The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable.There was some fruits, tea/coffee,small loaf,orange juice,bottled water,milk,jams,ceral etc to get you through the first night,the kitchen was ok for cooking utensils for a short stay and the bed was comfortable. There is no front desk area but when contacted the staff where polite and helpful in manner.It was in a quiet and safe area and although I was on the 1st floor with a river view the traffic noise was acceptable.It was a approx 5 min walk from the main train station,trams and underground and about 10-15 min walk to ziel shopping area. Above all I found it a very good deal for the price and much better than staying in a hotel.I would stay here if in Frankfurt am main again.

I had read previous comments that it was hard to locate and had googled earthed it to map directions and see what it looked like before I travelled and I agree you could walk right passed it easily. It would be good to have some english speaking channls on the TV and maybe a small micro wave.

It was an excellent place to end our month long trip to Germany. The self catered apartments were spacious allowing us to cook meals. There is a great super market in the basement of the My Zeil shopping area close by. Very convenient to the Willy Brandt U-bahn station as well as the tram stops at the Opera.

We loved this apartment! We extended our stay here to 3 nights and we so impressed - clean, spacious, comfortable with a spectacular location. Easy walking distance to the main train station, to u and s bahn and train lines. Perfect position for museums, historic sites, nightlife neighbourhoods, shopping and the financial quarter. The price is shockingly good. The stocked kitchenette is a nice perk. We had plenty of items for a decent breakfast and could have easily made dinner or lunch with provided equipment.

This is really quite minor, especially for independent travellers... Lack of a person or staff member on site/front desk can make arrival a bit complicated, especially if your travel schedule does not go smoothly. But Zoran is very accommodating and available by mobile. Staff and others are in the building at different times during the day and are extremely friendly and helpful.

The appartment was very clean, very comfortable.The food we received at arrival was a nice surprise, even more since we arrived late in the evening. Overall, a good experience.

Good location nearvthe river and station.

It is really only a one room bedsit, and with four beds in it it was very crowded. This wasn't really clear to me from the website. Also, previous guests had smoked inside. But it was cheap and provided us with breakfast, so for one night it was fine.
