The hotel ambiance was fantastic and they allowed an early check in. Facilities were also very good, great gymnasium. Staff also very pleasant and helpful. Would have liked to been closer to downtown but short taxi ride. Breakfast selection could have been a little greater. |

The looks and the design are fantastic ! I ordered two seperated beds, and that was not possible, only one king size bed, they gave us a upgrade for it, so that made things okay. |

The hotel was in great condition, well designed, very comfortable, extremely clean and well located The staff were inexperienced and not knowledgeable, they could not sort out my wifi access in the room not because it was unavailable but because they did not know how to. They were unable to advise how or where I could eat after 11pm at night in Hamburg |

Excellent room, different! It was not clear that the continental breakfast would mean just croissants and coffee and that one has to pay 17-22 Euro extra to join the breakfast buffet |

Größe des Zimmers ist den Anforderungen eines Kurzaufenthaltes gerecht. Bei längerem Aufenthalt gibt es zu wenig Ablageflächen,das Waschbecken(bohnenförmig) ist unpraktisch,da zu klein. |

prachtig hotel qua sfeer, entourage en design met gezellig restaurant, bar en ontbijtfaciliteiten dat wij op de eerste verdieping geplaatst werden, terwijl er tot half 3 's nachts een dj stevig harde muziek draaide, die tot op de 3e verdieping te horen was!!! In het weekend is dat echt een min-punt voor de niet-bar-zoekende hotelgast |
