EAST HOTEL HAMBURG

the design was great, good bar, good facilities, breakfast, service, spa, everything was great

its ok to create an "atmosphere" merged to the design but there isn't enough light in the rooms, not event to shave.

Upmarket hotel with modern design and really good vibe in the bar and restaurant

The staff were so friendly and helpful, lets face it, it puts Britain to shame!! we will be going to this hotel again without doubt.The design of the hotel is so modern and contemporary particularly in the evening with hundreds of lighted candles that it takes your breath away. The quality of the evening meal was also second to none. This is a fantastic hotel and I would recomend it to anyone

The fitness center is fabulous, excellent equipment + excellent spa. Nice lighting throughout the hotel, a good place to hang out with a friend over a beer. But if you want to do some work and sleep, it's a bit too noisy, especially in the rooms that face the courtyard where the crowd is up until very late at night.

What is not clear at the time of booking is that "breakfast included" refers to croissant + tea, and for full breakfast you need to pay Euro 17 extra. In similar fashion, "access to spa" means access to sauna for guests but not to gym which is a further Euro 10 extra. The gym is well worth it, sure, but I was not happy that things are different at the hotel from what I expected after the booking.

The modern and un-traditional design inside and outside as well as in the rooms. Very comfortable and relaxed.

The hotel ambiance was fantastic and they allowed an early check in. Facilities were also very good, great gymnasium. Staff also very pleasant and helpful.

Would have liked to been closer to downtown but short taxi ride. Breakfast selection could have been a little greater.

Das Design in allen Lagen... Gebäude, Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll, stilvoll eingerichtet

Der Wellnessbereich ist eine Erholung, wenn keiner weiter da ist. Sonst sehr hellhörig, wenn man Kosmetik oder Massage in Anspruch nimmt, war von Entspannung nicht wirklich die Rede, da man Gespräche auf dem Flur gut mithören konnte... Aber es ist ja auch kein Wellnesshotel...:-), insofern ok. Vielleicht haben wir ja auch nur einen ungünstigen Moment erwischt.

Het hotel is uitermate goed bevallen. Het personeel is vriendelijk, het restaurant is erg goed. Ruime keus uit sushi, sashimi en dergelijke maar ook erg lekker lam en runderfilet gegeten. Het hotel ziet er erg goed uit en dit design is tot in de kleinste puntjes doorgetrokken. Het ligt vlakbij de Reeperbahn maar ook het winkelcentrum is op loopafstand (15 min). Mocht ik nog ooit nog naar Hamburg gaan dan is de kans zeer groot dat dit ook weer in het East Hotel zal zijn.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar, design ungeheuer spannend und dennoch gemütlich. Das perfekte Hotel für ein HH Aufenthalt. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Waschbecken im Zimmer sind zwar super schön, aber zu klein. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen,..

Schöne Atmosphäre im Hotel, schicke Bar, tolle Cocktails, sehr freundliches Mitarbeiter an der Rezpetion und in der Bar. Toll fanden wir auch, daß das Continental Frühstück mit im Preis inbegriffen ist.

Wir hatten ein Doppel mit Zustellbett, was leider nur im X-Large Zimmer möglich war und sich deswegen auch auf den Preis des Zimmers auswirkte
