Il ristorante annesso è un pacco anche se bello esteticamente

Design ed ampiezza della struttura compendente di spa, gym, bar, ristorante sushi. Questi ambienti sono frequentati da esterni quindi è libero incontrarsi con loro negli spazi dell'albergo. La cordialità e professionalità dello staff.

L'albergo è in un'ottime posizione nel quartiere St. Pauli. L'albergo è molto bello con arredamento di design.

La nostra stanza dava su un cortile interno in cui c'era il bar dell'hotel. La nostra stanza si è rilevata assolutamente chiassosa, fino alla chiusura del bar 4 del mattino.

Very friendly and helpful staff, all knowledgeable about menus, wines, places to go, how to get about etc. The design of the place, just so well themed and relaxing too! This is my second stay, the first was a business trip and it was superb, hence the leisure trip now.

Super design & efficient rooms. Restaurant has great food.Hip place filled with a nice crowd on Saturday night. May I add that the sushi chef , Pasang was very helpfull sharing with me his techniques.

A bit starnge that the barman didn't know how to prepare a Cuba Libre. So I got no ice and no lemon with my Rhum.

The place to be in Hamburg!

I liked the big room, the reasonable location and the friendly staff who even tried to get me the room a bit earlier than expected. Rooms facing the courtyards are quiet.

The prices are quite high compared to similar hotels in Hamburg and the entrance via the rather dark bar to the reception is somewhat strange. And as usual in design hotels, they go overboard with some details like the washbasins in the room where half of the water ends up on elsewhere than where it should be when you shave.

Unique designer hotel in the center of Hamburg near the world famous "Reeperbahn" nightlife district. Beautiful interior design featuring unique designer elements that makes this hotel, restaurant and wellness center stand-out in a trendy Hamburg nightlife scene. Highlight of a stay in this hotel is definitely it's excellent bar and restaurant featuring Japanese sushi chefs creating delicious sushi rolls and other specialities. And after having tried the "East" restaurant, head for the "Coast Seafood - Grill - Bar" by East & Sansibar in the new hip residential district of "Hafencity" for sushi & seafood of a different kind. Definitely on of my favorite hotel & restaurant in the world !

very fashion - very warm atmosphere - very cool staff

I've stayed at EAST multiple times over the years, and it's gone through a decline since the opening, which recently reversed into a return to previous quality. This is the good news. The staff actually cares, and you can expect a smile or two ;). On the good side is the selection at breakfast, including top-quality Bircher Muesli and eggs made to order. The beds are comfortable, the shower is in top shape, the windows open for a breath of fresh air, and I really do love the attention that the hotel pays to its floors: lighting, colors, even smells, it all creates a feeling that it's great to be there. Oh yes, and room keys - great idea, and even greater that the hotel actually executed such an idea.

On the down side, EUR 19.50 for a buffet breakfast is perhaps a bit too much. The sauna at Floor 3 has quiet, welcome environment with teas and oranges to partake, but one shower is broken and another malfunctions, so you're better off paying for the gym that they have on the roof. Finally, the machine to pay for parking is not as easy to find, I kept seeing late-night guests going down and up in search for the signs.

Ultra-modern. Expensive for us but worth it. This will be the nicest accommodation of our 3-week stay. Fantastic bar & restaurant. Well situated near public transport. Very close to the Reeperbahn, which wasn't a big deal for us, but also near the harbor, St. Michael's, & Portuguese restaurants.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The staff at the front desk (reception) were especially helpful.

The original design of the room with modern furniture and open planning, very different an refreshing. The big double bath was exelent. Very good location.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig zur Reeperbahn. Die Zimmer sind Großzügig, sauber und stylisch. Das Ambiente des gesamten Hotels ist einfach wow. Wir werden bei Hamburg Reisen nur noch das EAST buchen.

Es gibt keine Kritik. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgewogen und berechtigt. Es ist kein Low Budget Hotel. Wer billig reisen möchte, muss sich andere Häuser suchen.

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, ob beim Frühstück, an der Bar oder der Rezeption. Die Lokation ist einzigartig.

Die Zimmer sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Vielleicht hätte aufmerksameres Lesen der Zimmerbeschreibung geholfen. Haben uns dann für die Grand Suite entschieden, natürlich mit erheblichen Mehrkosten. -:(((
