East Side Hotel

* Very friendly personnel at the reception. * No problem with slightly earlier check in/or and check out. * Big bathroom and nice view over the window. * Very good loacation.

* Bathroom - lack of any sort of courtain around bath. * Heavy operatable shower-sink valve. * Not enough electric sockets to charge cameras or mobile in the room. * Magnetic key - not always working. Needs to be re-programmed if failed.

The location was perfect. The hotel was quiet and I slept well. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

DDR-Charme,etwas in die Jahre gekommen,aber sauber.

Posizione ottima rispetto alla mia meta: O2 Arena. Neanche 5 minuti a piedi. Affaccio delle stanze sull'East Side Gallery. Colazione a buffet variegata e molto buona in un locale molto carino. Bagno attrezzato con il necessario.

Se proprio vogliamo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, il mobilio delle stanze è un po' spartano e non c'è l'asciugacapelli. Dettagli trascurabili.

部屋のすぐ前がイーストエンドギャラリーだったので部屋からも観光ができた。スタッフは親切だった。内装が- 素敵でした。併設のレストラン・バーは使い勝手が良い。

思ったより駅から離れている点。（トラムを利用すればすぐかもしれません。）ホテルというよいホステルとい- う印象。

Sauberkeit, die Betten waren nicht gemacht, alle Handtücher lagen benutzt auf den Boden, Gläser waren benutzt usw. sie mussten noch mal ran. Der Hof ist Voller Müll/ Sperrmüll, das war unser blick aus unser Zimmer. Man kann Parkplätze Reservieren, aber man bekommt keinen, in Rechnung wird er aber.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Parkplatz direkt neben Hotel bei Top-Lage zur O2 World. Frühstück super und vielseitig...!!!

Escogimos el East Side Hotel por su ubicación tan céntrica, y especialmente porque buscábamos la estancia más cercana posible al Watergate Club. Nuestra sorpresa al llegar al hotel fueron varias. Nuestra habitación tenía unas preciosas vistas al río y al muro de Berlín; la habitación era enorme, abuhardillada, con un baño de dimensiones considerables también. Todo muy limpio, el personal súper amable; tuvimos que molestar varias veces al recepcionista para preguntarle cómo llegar a un lugar que estaba a las afueras de Berlín, y nos ayudó en todo momento. Fue muy económico ya que lo reservamos con pocos días de antelación, y aún así nos costó una habitación doble 120€ las dos noches. Si vuelvo a Berlín repetiré seguro.

Reservé una habitación twin y me dieron una con cama doble. Me la hice cambiar y me dieron otra con cama doble. Me quejé y me comunicaron que no tenían ninguna twin libre, cuando en booking me daban esta opción de reserva. La primera noche no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación, ya que al cambiar de habitación a la llegada, les constaba la nuestra como desocupada. La limpieza en general es insuficiente y el desayuno es correcto. No voy a reservar otra vez en este hotel.
