The Hotel is very well located and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There's not safer box in the room or reception and also if you need to talk to thereception te telephone doesn't work. Apart from this all is fine |

Location! The doors to my room were falling apart. The shower room floors were uneven and collected old water (there was a pool of water in one of the shower cubicles that lookede very dirty). The showers looked as though they were poorly maintained. Fixtures and fittings looked as though they were not properly maintained. |

the room was clean and also the toilet facilities were in working condition breakfast was very good i found toilet pappers in the toilet and could not flush it i had to remove it myself the towels wrere as if used !! |

The location is great (just across from the main train station along the main stretch the leads about a 10 mins walk to the Marienplatz & Glockenspiel)!! The breakfast was really good as well. The bathrooms/showers were alway available and clean. Our room faced a main street where a streetcar ran all night long, so it was quite loud. Ear plugs were essential. Other than that, nothing negative to say! |

Good location (near train station and walking distance to Marienplatz); decent complimentary breakfast (for some) Staff was nice enough, but not very helpful (compared to what I'm used to from my experience at other hostels) |

I liked the location in the very centre of Munich and of course the price. I guess I could dislike the communal bathroom but I knew about it from the beginning and it didn't really bother me. It was clean and decent and lockable. |

The room was not clean upon my arrival (there was an open bottle which was not even removed after the first night). Internet must be paid separately, but the signal was almost completely absent in my room. Not everybody in the staff was polite, although many were. |

This place was great value. I paid 39 Euros for a single en suite room, including breakfast (which was quite OK: fresh bread, cereal, fruit, some meat and cheese). The room was small but clean; the staff is very friendly. Considering the location -- less than 100 meters from the central train station -- I don't think you could expect a better deal. |

The included breakfast buffet was great with a lot of variety and the location was perfect. The beds were horrifically uncomfortable!!! |

The hotel is quite old but clean and is in a very convenient location - only three minutes from the main railway station and about 10-15 minutes from Marienplatz. The breakfast was a lovely "continental all you can eat" - fresh produce, though those expecting a sausage and egg extravaganza will probably be disappointed. |
